I was uncertain if it was the correct location upon arrival, U-Haul decal was visible but no signs. The rep. was professional, kind, courteous and answered my questions.

Nelson CI have rented from U-Haul multiple times. This was both unsatisfactory as well as a horrible experience. First off, I don't think U-Haul a company would be satisfied with the level of FITH that U-Haul in Stamford was operating in. To name a few things there was bugs everywhere in the business, it looked like a hoarders home, I got double charged for a mattress protector, and they were incompetent it. The second place in Newark I would hardly classify as a business at all. I would consider investigating your franchises more closely because this was operated out of someone's apartment shared with 5 other people. There was no signage, there was nobody there to greet us or help us. The owners roommates had to help us. It was incredibly sketchy other business owners in the area also helped us. I called the person there was no answer or return call. There was no key rerun just an unsecured mailbox. Street parking only that's not equipped for 10"+ trucks to be parked. HORRIBLE experience. I was there for over an hour trying to return the truck. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

Emmanuil DI was very unhappy with the service U-Haul provided. I ended up blowing out a tire on the trailer on I80 and had to wait on the side of the road for 3 hours for assistance. When the guy got there -- he was totally unprepared. He didn't even have the tools to change a tire. I had to use my own tire iron from my truck and practically change the tire myself because the guy couldn't get the tire off the wheelZ He was very unprofessional. I feel I should be compensated for this in some way. Multiple hours waiting on the road for help then basically doing the job myself. I am very disappointed in the U-Haul service.
