JESUS RThis is not necessarily against Superior Self Storage, but the on-line pickup and drop-off process is very long and cumbersome.

gabriel SSuperior did not load the dollies, and the mobile pickup was a total clusterfuck - it took 45mind on the phone with customer service to get through the checking due to web site errors. After that disaster, I then had to drive 10miles out of the way to get the appliance dollie. The *entire reason* I rented a truck & the dollies were to move appliances! This screw up totally blew up the schedule that we coordinated at our business, and was incredibly frustrating / inconvenient. Fucking terrible experience.

James AI dropped off my trailer after hours, so I can't comment on the people or interior of this location. The lot was organized and the gentleman I spoke with on the phone to confirm receipt of my trailer was pleasant.
Steve FOverall a good experience. Only thing that was concerning was the parking situation at Superior Self Storage. The employees working there obviously can not do much about the parking situation, but we rented a 26ft truck and on return to the location I discovered that someone who rented a 15ft truck, much smaller, parked in a spot between two 26ft trucks where I had to have someone guide me through a 15 point turn back and forth for 10min because of the lack of space. If I can make a recommendation it would be to make signs that designate which trucks should park where. Other than that truck was very clean, and drive completely fine. Also representatives working here are very kind, helpful, and patient.

Daniel FThe UHaul phone app made the experience painful as it wasn't working and failed numerous times. It took 40 minutes for us to get our truck due to the app. I tried calling customer service in the morning but couldn't connect as the wait time was 44 minutes. We spend another 20 minutes trying to return the truck through the app, but it failed us again. I read instructions on how this worked so it wasn't user error. I did call customer service the following Monday and shared my experience and they tried to call the actual location, but they didn't open until 10am. I called and left a voicemail as well and they returned my call and invoiced me properly. The UHaul app made my experience consider going somewhere else next time, but the facility and truck itself did the job just fine.

Eric LOverall, the truck was ok, although not cleaned after the last customer. Clean the inside of the vehicles and pay attention to the details; trash stuck in pockets, stuff spilled on the floor of the truck bed, wipe down the steering wheel, door handles (inside and outside), dash with cleaning agent between customers, etc. The previous truck we rented from Uhaul was in much better condition. Overall, Uhaul is still the best to rent from. Gracias.
KASSANDRA BWhen I first made my reservation I was informed that no one would be at the site and they would be a link for me to click on to get the key to the truck I explained I was not real good at technical stuff but I was told it would be easy breezy however it was not when I forgot there I clicked on the link it had me answer questions take all kinds of pictures scanned the back of my drivers license which was hard to do with the position the scanner was in. Then it asked me for an alternate contact number I don't know peoples numbers off the top of my head except for my mothers so I gave her name and number but I did not know you were tried to call her she has dementia and does not remember nor did she know why you were calling if I had known you were going to ask for an alternate number which you could've done when I made the reservation I would've put down a number of someone else. Since she didn't answer the phone I had to give another phone number which I did but the whole procedure started all over I had to retake the pictures oh and by the way I had to walk across to find a truck to make sure it was the right track in the meantime I am standing out in extreme hot weather. I finally ended up chatting with the agent and I asked how long this was going to be as the weather was so hot it was unbearable and I have been standing out there for quite a while at the end of it all by the time I had to put the information in and wait for some approval it was 45 minutes I was soaking wet from the heat and my sweat I thought I was gonna pass out and after all that you included that 45 minute wait in with my rental time I thought that was extremely unfair I think questions for an alternate contact could very well have been asked when I talk to the agent that was making a reservation And since I have rented from you all before I didn't understand this extreme wait after you already took my credit card information That you needed to talk to an alternate contact I was very dissatisfied this time with all of this and by the way I even said in my chat with the person they never chatted me back until I told him I was about to pass out from the extreme heat I was having to stand in

Douglas GIt was a little tricky getting the truck out as it was stuck in the ice. Also there was water/slush surrounding the vehicle so got our shoes wet getting into the truck. But, we left our house keys in the truck and they were wonderful helping us get them back! Kudos and thank you

Jacob BI dropped it off early, on a Sunday and site was closed. There are no signs and because of that I would rate the site as poor because when you are driving a larger truck you need as much information to avoid an accident. Backing up a truck the size I was driving is not a good option. That leads to accidents. The electronic return was poorly designed and difficult to follow. The instructions can be better written including a step that states be prepared with a pen and paper to write notes so that you can use to mark the system when you are ready to check out. I have to make another move so I will explore other options, get quotes.

Michael SMany scratches and dents on vehicle..... made me very nervous to rent it due to the damage ..... oil pressure light was on the whole time ...... U-Haul should take this vehicle in for service and repair it before another person rents it.
