I can tell you that I will always go to this location going forward because your "corporate" hub, Rose City Uhaul is GARBAGE! They have ZERO customer service, only ONE person working the counter on a Saturday morning. I hope this review goes ALL THE WAY TO THE TOP of the food chain. I booked a 20' ft. truck for Saturday morning, received my confirmation FROM UHAUL but when I showed up to pick it up, they couldn't find the reservation, no trucks available and the guy in front of me in line needed a dolly but was told "we don't have one available" while all of us in line to pick up our trucks were looking at TWO OF THEM in the store used for rental. GARBAGE! I'll never EVER use them again, and I'm making sure to tell EVERY SINGLE person I know about it too so THEY don't make the same mistake we did. Do better "Rose City"! You're losing customers hand over fist-and without us, you have NOTHING! Superior Gloss 100% came to our rescue and I'll never use another location but Superior Gloss! Thank you for being our heroes that day and helping us in our time of need. You are the rock stars!
LISA MEverything was clean except for the ramp where I found a used needle on it. And there wasn't a dolly in the truck so I had to drive back up there later and get it. The dolly wasn't fully that locations fault since I had to transfer my order from another location last second since they didn't have truck ready when they were supposed to.

Debra BThe location doesn't match up with the uhaul app at all. This cause us to reschedule during office hours but still no one was there. Spent an hour with customer service troubleshooting the app which would error Everytime I tried to use GPS to prove I was at the right location. The next day I did speak to a local worker who was very kind and helpful. Once I had him things got easy. But there was nothing to indicate to me that I didn't need to use the app. That I should call him instead. I also thought I had to check in with the app. But I just left it for the guy. It was old school honor system and simple. But there was no way for me to know that in advance. Also the was old food inside the cup holders and the truck smelled like a zoo. Also customer service never told me I didn't need the app and kept me troubleshooting for an hour until finally rescheduling me for the next day. There is a huge disconnect between uhaul customer service, the website/app and the actual location.
Sean DPlace was not open at 2PM on a Monday as advertised. Thank God the app is great and can check in trucks, but I picked this location so I didn't have to rely on the App.
Joseph CSuperior Gloss Tyler is an excellent location to rent your next UHaul. They are very courteous and helpful. The UHaul website did not work for pick up or drop off, so that was annoying. My suggestion is since the website doesn't work, plan your pick up and drop off during the locations hours of operation.

Mike WI would recommend this location because they had what I needed to rent. Of the 2 previous locations near my home, the one on 110/Loop323 didn't have, not too friendly, the 1 on Loop 323 near Henderson Hwy had equipment but was closed on Saturday morning, website showed it was open. Cannot call either of these. All calls go to vm, calls never returned. All this in saying I could have saved time & mileage (@$1.09/mi.) if U-Haul communication was correct.

Loren SHave them in the office during the hours they are open. I liked how efficient they were and nice that they are. Just if you are open 8-5 then be there. We shouldn't have to call you to come to the office because we had an appointment. And you hadn't even left your house.

Jahayla JAn email that informs me that the return process was completed. Then when I went back into the app to see if the process was complete, the reservation disappeared. I could not even find it in the history. So, I have no idea if it was a true success or not. Though, I have yet as of this submission to receive any call from the local Uhaul dealer.
Rick WThe location opened late and closed early. They did not provide good service. The van was fine nothing special but worked.
Steve OTo have the equipment in the truck on weekends too, so customers do not have to drive around town to pick up equipment. Other than that, the customer service was really good! Good people in all areas, especially the lady in LA who walked me through the process of weekend pickup, and paying with my debit card, as I was unable to get the app to work on my phone, and my pc would not accept the app. Thank you for being so kind and patient with me!!!
Janet FI made my reservation online with a pick-up time of 12:30. When I arrived, no one was there even though their time of business was advertised as 8-5. He finally showed up at 1:00 and told me that it was not his problem because he doesn't make any money from the uhaul rentals. Get your act together or uhaul will become the next distant memory.
David PThis was the worst experience I have had in a long time as a customer. The place was closed even though it was supposed to be open. After arguing on the phone with customer service and her telling me I was late when I wasn't, she did something on her end to make the rental go through. She ended up calming down. But lit I to me at first accusing me of being the problem. Then when I went to get the keys, they were not in the box. Thankfully someone arrived that could open all the boxes. We found the keys in the return box. The truck was supposed to have a furniture dolly and blankets. But they were not there. I was instructed to go to another location to get those. It wasn't worth my time because I had already wasted an hour trying to pick up the truck.
