Clean the nasty body odor smelling seats, the truck had a shimmy to it as well. Also when a customer has to drive to an out of town location +60 miles to get the truck, do not ding them for mileage. The last truck rental I had the same issue, I was credited for the added mileage and inconvenience. Making me pay for miles over was just greedy.

I was happy with everything EXCEPT being charged a great deal more because I happened to be taking it to an area where YOU already had too much equipment! That’s not my fault and frankly that policy stinks. I’ve always been treated exceptionally well by U- HAUL but this time was a VERY BIG exception!

The person I spoke to was very uninformative, requiring me to ask the questions on what to do. I took photos of my trailer to ensure nothing happened after dropping it off that I could get blamed for. I’ll likely never use UHaul again.

I brought my truck back to return and the gentleman didn't even come out to check out truck, mileage or anything. I was kind of concerned because he didn't seem to think it was important.

U-Haul stayed when I made my online reservation I would get a call the day before to confirm pickup location. I received no such call, email, or text. When I called because there was a “$50 guarantee “ they said I was not eligible for it because I made my reservation online- but the guarantee was made online when I made my reservation. I will be filing a complaint.

Need a little clearer information when dropping off after hours. Had trouble figuring out the website return truck portion and once I clicked on it I didn’t get any confirmation that it was accepted so went back to office the next day to make sure they got the info so as not to charge for extra days. Otherwise everything was great.

We had a power steering issue shortly into the move. Which caused us delays and cost money for the repairs. Due to our being a long way from a town it was easier and less time consuming to take care of it ourselves since my husband is a cert. Auto mechanic. We needed to beat the winter storm and one other time we had an issue with a truck rented from uhaul and we were able to call after drop off and be reimbursed. We need to rent another trailer and we hope there is compensation/discount for our issues that can be applied to our next rental

The truck I rented would shimmy at 60+ miles per hour loaded or unloaded. Had to stay under 60 mph. to keep vibration down. Other than that truck was good.
