The key drop location wasn't well indicated. It may help to have some sort of a sign indicating U-Haul key drop.Susan M.

The location and people there were friendly and helpful. Everything went perfect with Uhaul getting the equipment I needed to a convenient location for my use. The elderly woman working the desk was incredibly unfriendly and unhelpful. She didn't explain anything about coverage or procedures. When I returned the truck after use, I went in and she was being equally rude and unhelpful to the other customer she was waiting on, so it wasn't just her interaction with me. The other guest was asking questions to complete the booking and the employee was acting as if the questions were an inconvenience to her. The truck was in great working order. It was very new and in great condition. I was pleased with the truck, but the employee that was working that day left a LOT to be desired.charlsea K.

Uhaul called me Thursday before my rental letting me know they had no 26' trucks in the area that I could rent. I made this reservation a long time ago. They said the closest rental was roughly 90 miles away in Brenham, TX. I drove there then back in the uhaul truck at my expense and when I passed the uhaul facility closest to my storage unit there were THREE 26' trucks in the parking lot. I'm sure you had a reason but it sure looked like they were just sitting there and I could have used one instead of driving 180 miles round trip for one.Jake B.

the customer service was unhelpful, unclear, and unstandardized. we called multiple times to the service line, most calls were dropped, the ones that did connect were to people who provided different advice EACH time, and changed plans EACH time, stating the PREVIOUS representative was wrong or uninformed. the representatives mangled the end destination so badly, and then when we get there WE had to pay a $400 "changed location fee" when it was entirely the representatives not honoring what the previous one stated, which was we wouldn't need to pay because they updated it in the system. we will never use uhaul again.Justin S.

overcharged me bc of their system glitch. I told Mgr/Betty? I refused to pay for over mileage. She found out later she had a previous problem w /the U haul in her system. Alot of Drama, Time Consuming bc of their error. The other Meg was trying to fix the problem but damn! It took forever and in the end I ( the customer) was right. I hate drama/errors !CAROLTN V.

I had requested check in on my phone. I never received code the woman on site said I should have. The location did not have the moving pads I requested or some of the dollies . The headliner on the truck was falling down. Once the truck was loaded, it could barely get up to 45 mph. Right as it was returned an engine light came on. We have used UHaul trucks twice this summer relocating my mother. Both times, the website & app seemed much more organized than the actual locations. Both times, we had to move pick up locations because the trucks were not at the location chosen. However, the website has helped us locate moving helpers.Mike Q.
