I was very pleased with the service and the equipment that I rented at Super Storage. The paperwork was filled out and completed very quickly and the truck was clean, fueled up, and ready to go. We were on the road and headed to our destination 20 minutes after we had arrived at Super Storage. They did a great job!gerald O.

Have a system that a Brenham location can pick up UHauls in college Station. My son had to return his Uhaul an hour away from destination. Not fair and the people on the phone were rude and unhelpfulDavid T.
It was an hour away from my location and they didn't even give me a drop off for a long time. They should clear out the lots when they are expecting a big influx for college and all that.Isaac C.

It wasn't really about the pick up or drop off. It was mainly about customer service. I rented the uhaul with drop off in college station but when we went to drop off we were told the lots were full and had to drive an hour out of the way to drop off. I spent about 3 hours on the phone trying to figure out a better option. Once I was just disconnected after waiting an hour then the next time my call was finally answered by scheduling we talked and tried to come up with somewhere but the lady became mad and hung up in my ear. Horrible customer service and bad business. I will do my best to avoid ever using uhaul again.Summer M.
Absolutely horrible, disasterâ€¦ ruined our day. Last minute uhaul changed our drop off location. That is a total trust buster. No callâ€¦ no choiceâ€¦ just a text. To a location over 1 hour totally out of our way. Really really upsetting. Added a good 2 hr total round trip to and from drop off. We made a reservation weeks in advance. This could not have been a surprise to uhaulâ€¦ so why surprise your customers? You obviously don't give 2 shits about customer experienceNOAH S.

The ratchets were hard to operate especially the one for the right front of the car. This strap has wear and needs to be replaced. Left front marker lamp needs repair....James J.

The location was closed with a sign that said to call this phone number. When we called the number, nobody answered.Robert P.
Never done 24/7 pick up before was very difficult since the phone was not relaying the information/data back to the center. Calling the center was almost useless since they put you on hold for a very long time. It was difficult talking to the Uhaul agent at the business too. When I called in I was quoted a price of $39.95 per day. They told me to call another number after making the reservation since it was a one way rental. They never quoted me a different price. When i showed up to pick up the vehicle I was told it was $277.20. What was I to do since 2 relatives took off work to help me. I feel like I was majorly tricked. I had reserved blankets and a dolly and none were available for me. I had to purchase blankets from a local Home Depot. I would like to praise Betty, the agent I worked with to rent the trailer. She went out of her way to help me and was very patient and professional!Cheryl T.

Equipment had dirt on the floor, they forgot my moving blanketsMark H.
First of all, the covid precaution caused the lady renting us the truck to not be able to hear me appropriately over the phone (since it HAD to be over the phone) she messed my email up and I never got an email confirmation till I called costumer service later. Second, they gave me a truck with a broken (Very slow) gas gauge. They gave me the truck a little over a quarter tank. When I filled up the gas gauge would not go up. I wasn't aware of how much gas I was putting in. I ended up putting in 49 gallons of gas when I only used maybe 9 Totally gallons during my trip based on millage driven and considering the truck I was driving gets 10mpg. As I filled my gas tank up I remained a little above a quarter (mind you I put 96.84$ worth of gas in the tank). As I drove to the Truck drop of point, the gas gauge began to slowly rise higher and higher until it reached full at the drop off destination. I called to get a refund, and I am still waiting to hear back.cody P.

The inside of the trailer was clean, however the outside could have been washed. The retail transaction was not the best, they were not set up well for COVID handling and I had to stand outside and talk to the lady on the phone. There was no jack to help me take the trailer on or off my car (I was told it would be somewhere around the yard) which did not help when I was not at the yard. I was given no instructions about where to put the trailer on my return and the lady seemed unhappy with the place I put it even though it was carefully parked near the only U-haul truck on the property. I will use U-haul again, but would not likely return to this location.BRENT B.

Start by not promising a "reservation" and then not meaning it. I reserved a trailer in College Station, TX several days before my pickup was scheduled. U-Haul called a day before & said it wasn't available at location & sent me 40 miles away to Brenham. If you "reserve" something the English word means it should be there!Charles D.
