El servicio en Super Starr Storage fue muy bueno, pero el servicio de UHaul Corpus Christi muy malo (pÃ©simo). No recibÃ ninguna llamada para confirmar que todo estaba bien para recoger mi unidad en Shary Road en Mission (preferred pick-up). Al hablar yo a las 5:40 pm, me dijeron que se iban a contactar conmigo directamente de UHaul y lo que recibÃ fue un mensaje de voz que podÃa recoger el camiÃ³n en RÃo Grande City a casi una hora de Mission. HablÃ© con Diana de Uhaul en Corpus Christi para quejarme de que tenÃa que manejar una hora para recoger la unidad y que necesitaba que cambiaran la entrega a un lugar mas cercano. Me prometÃo un descuento de $200 dÃ³lares para ir a recogerlo a esa ubicaciÃ³n y acepte porq la unica otra opciÃ³n era un camiÃ³n mas chico y con un remolque, lo cual no acepte. Al recoger el camiÃ³n, solo me hicieron un descuento de $90 dolares, hablamos con Diana y dijo que era todo lo que podÃa hacer. Me parece muy poco profesional de UHaul, que no tengan una unidad disponible en un lugar cercano a donde se escogio recoger el equipo y luego que no cumplan lo que prometen. La reservaciÃ³n la hice con 3 semanas de anticipaciÃ³n.Guillermo F.

I was extremely disappointed with your prices! Very misleading! For a 17' truck I thought I only needed to pay 29.95 + Ins...but was surprised with the mileage charge of .79. I was merely transporting props for our band show and was saddle with a 250.00 bill. Needless to say I will never use U-haul again, and will not recommend it to anyone! RBarreraRODOLFO B.

The location and agent where I picked-up unit was okay (Rio Grande City, TX); however, I received a call late afternoon the day before I was scheduled to pick up truck in Mission, TX and informed that I would have to travel to Rio Grande City, TX from Mission, TX to pick-up truck. In short, I had reserved and expected to pick-up unit in Mission. This is unacceptable and I bitterly complained to U-Haul to no avail. U-Haul made their problem my problem and had to start later in the day than planned, costing me a night in a hotel (2-rooms) for not getting an early start and finishing later in the night, gas money (truck and personal car) to pick up unit in Rio Grande City. Communication channels and accountability are lacking at U-Haul. I was very disappointed and inconvenienced due to U-Haul's last minute notice. U-Haul dropped the ball. How would any customer feel that upon proceeding to pick-up truck that he/she would have to travel 40 miles to pick-up same and that if we didn't like it, it would be taken by another customer.RUBEN H.
