Not a good experience would not recommend, charged my card $141 did not even go 20miles. It was an error on there part , I was promised my money would be back on my card within 24hours. Here it is 57 hours later Money has still not been returned to my card.

The middle eastern guy who helped when I got there was rude, kept stepping away to help other folks in his store, and refused to do a walk around on the truck with me. Once I got the key I did my own walk around and found the back of the truck to be a mess with trash, dirt, and moving blankets thrown all over. I will never use this location again.

Truck was fine but there was graffiti inside. I ordered a dolly. This location did not have one. This was after I was re-directed by Uhaul there prior to pick up date to insure I got the equipment I needed

Delayed our move by 2 hours because the truck was scheduled to be picked up at 0800 by mobile pick up but no keys left in the security box. None of the dollies we ordered were available and we were not told this until after we finally were able to get in touch with someone at the pick up location, who were late opening by half an hour and had no idea what they were doing. I was told we would be getting a credit on our rental but the store did not honor that, instead stated that “the corporate office would mail a refund check”. You he worst, most unorganized uhaul experience and a terrible lack of communication within the entire organization (had to call on 3-4 separate occasions only to be told something different with each call)

The truck looked like a trash can on wheels. It hadn't been cleaned in several months and smelled like an ash tray. They also claimed the truck had 7/8ths of a tank when it had half and wanted me to pay for fueling when it was only driven 13 miles. After talking through this with them they said they have issues with people siphoning gas from the tanks overnight. This is not something the customer should be responsible and they should find a solution if this is really the case.

The staff was not unfriendly or rude however the person that processed my truck rental was not a good listener. This lack of listening caused errors on my rental. The two dolly got assigned to a drop off location on East Camelback while the truck was scheduled for a West Camelback return. The tow dolly passenger side ligt did not work. I was told by the employee to call Roadside assistance. Roadside assistance was very helpful in resolving the iss but it delayed my departure by 6 hours. The truck's windshield was very dirty a d the cab smelled of smoke.

The staff were not friendly. The truck was dirty, hadn't been cleaned since last customer. There was mail and paperwork from last customer. There was trash and belongings from last customer in the back and the truck in the furniture area was filthy, liquids had been spilled and dried, hair and dirt in the furniture area. The truck was on empty when I picked it up I immediately had to put gas in it. The drive shifter was in poor repair, difficulty to shift and not sure which gear you were in. The steering was loose and difficult to drive. I would not recommend this location.

Difficult to understand, English not first language. Location was "shady". I had to go through 3 different locations to get the equipment and pickup time I requested; and then had to pay more for a larger truck than I needed. I was very disappointed. I have used UHaul in the past with much success and continue to use them but not at this location in Wichita.

So the card that I used to reserve the uhaul "couldn't be accepted" at this location and the ATM there could not give the one hundred dollar deposit because it couldn't handle a transaction that high so we had to leave and go pull the money out down the road. The vehicle itself was the shottiest uhaul I have ever been in. The dash piece under the steering wheel even popped off when I released the ebrake.

Clean the uhaul it smelled awful, and the pictures were not accurate they tried to make it look like I caused damage.

This uhaul was very old with lots of miles almost 200,000. I had very little fuel in it and the cab was filthy. The truck rattled with a huge exhaust leak. and clanged on every bump. and the rear roll up door was extremely difficult to close. I paid the full price for a wore out hunk of junk that should be out of service. The renting agent was not overly pleasant and I felt like I was going to get taken on something during this transaction. I expected a better unit I should have gotten a discounted rate for such a poorly maintained truck.

Customer service person was nice but it's in a gas station that and she didn't seem to do this regularly. Didn't come out and inspect with me on pickup or upon return of trailer didn't come out and inspect with me then either. Just asked if I dropped it off out back. I took pictures for my own piece of mind.

I cannot imagine a worse place to pick up a Uhaul. I would not even recommend this location to my worst enemy. When I brought the Uhaul back, I brought a gun for protection because I genuinely believed there may be a need to protect myself. How this place is still operating and hasn't been shut down by local authorities is truly a mystery to me.

The truck was not filled up to the halfway mark when I used it, but the guy who serviced me allowed to fill it up to the same spot instead of more. The location is a little weird, but I would recommend it for friends in the area!

This is a gas station and it took the attendant over an hour to check the truck out to me because he kept stopping to ring people up and service the drive thru window. The truck was very dirty. It had tortilla chips on the floor as well as an old half full water bottle and a takeout plastic ramekin of some sort of dipping sauce in the cup holder area. The gas gauge was nearly empty. I immediately had to buy gas. The check engine light was on. The shifter did not work correctly. The truck seriously needed major cleaning and maintenance. DO NOT use this location. I've moved many many times in my life, almost always using Uhaul, and I've never had worse customer service or such a horrible truck. I took it because I needed it and didn't have time to futz around getting another one. But it was a very, very negative experience.

Truck smelled terrible and had crushed chips in the floorboard. Truck did not run well and had a terrible rattle. The people were friendly enough but overall would probably go somewhere else next time.

Truck was just above E when I got it. Credit or not the truck really should have fuel in it and ready to go upon pick up. The truck itself was in rough shape. check engine light on, squealed when driving, and would slip out of gear or needed to go in and out of drive and reverse multiple times before it would engage. The worst one for me was the cab of the truck.. various trash, crumbled chips, salsa cups, a cigar, and some cigarette butts. It smelled horrible Don't go to this location.

The customer service was not the best & if you wanted to pay in cash they wanted to charge $25 extra which was not stated! We only had the equipment for 3 hours & still had to pay as if I had the equipment a full day! The location had a lot going on!

Could NOT hear the mumbling from the staff issuing the truck. Slow service with other convenience store customers and street people shuffling in and out while cussing. Intoxicated person in the store with nothing being done. Truck windshield was bug stained and filthy. Driver's door had to be slammed to get it to shut. Truck did not run smoothly and likely needs a tune up. Last time I will use this location!

UHaul should really review this location and determine if this is the image that they would like to present, I rented a UHaul, leaning on a counter full of "tobacco" pipes, speaking over a lottery ticket counter, next to someone playing a slot machine. No place to even lay something down. The location did not have a working printer and could not print me a contract. They could also not confirm the level of insurance that I had on the truck

This was a shady place with some real shady people hanging out there. They have Marijuana pipes for sale in a glass case you have to stand at to check in. Plus the case of lottery tickets on that counter only gives you a little area to hand your card over to the clerk. The whole area is cluttered and filthy!

Reps at this location Did not note my account whenever I called in to keep truck longer. Corporate started calling me and began threaten me. Told me that if I was caught driving the truck I could be arrested. So how was I supposed to return truck? Corp lady said 'square up with me and pay $573.' My bill was only a little over $300! I said I would pay $100 over the phone and pay the remaining when I took truck back that day. She told me no that wouldn't work and the authorities would be notified if I didn't pay.

This was the most disgusting location for a Uhaul. First, I didn't schedule to rent my uhaul out of here, for so reason it was changed to this location after I reserved it. Second, it's in a rundown gas station. Third, when I got to my Uhaul there was only 1/4 tank of gas, the windshield wipers were bad, and the check engine light was on. The employee was very slow with the Uhaul rental process I would NEVER recommend anyone to rent from this location.

Guy working the counter had no idea I had a reservation. He didn't know how to do uhaul stuff. They didn't have a dolly like I reserved. The furniture blankets were not cleaned and in bags. Frankly it was an absolute nightmare, and this location should lose their uhaul license.

The truck was not clean and the back was filled with dozens of blankets all spread out inside the truck. The location was not safe to leave my car, the person in the convenience store didn't even know how to check in the rental return and overcharged me for gas.

The employees were not very kind or courteous. Very transactional. I had added the use of a dolly to my reservation and it was not in the truck when I picked it up. I had to go back to the location to pick up a dolly. The return of the truck was just as transactional. I will utilize a different location in the future should I require the need to rent a uhaul.

Waited nearly an hour before I could get access to a moving van. The van I ordered was not on the premises and another had to be issued. The gentleman who was handling my reservation was also having to tend to customers who were purchasing items from his convenience store. It was a mess.

This location as well as the truck was filthy. I included photos on the app when I checked in to pick the truck up. The cab of the truck had a tar like film on the steering wheel and in and around the cup holder area as well as on the seats. We had to lay a towel on the seats to sit on them and later cleaned them as well as the steering wheel. The back of the truck hadn't been swept out prior to me picking it up and had trash as well as frozen mud clumps all over the floor. It took me a total of 2 hours to clean the cab and the back of the truck. When I returned the truck, I told the guy running the place of the bad experience and he told me that I would receive half of my money back which I haven't received. I'm still waiting on that. I will never return to this location.

Original reserved Truck was extremely dirty and check engine light was on. Having only 6 hours to move I didn't want any issues so had to downgrade to a 15' truck instead. Much better shape and clean. At first the gentleman helping was trying to brush it off but after informing i used to work for U-haul and knew this wasnt ok, he accommodated us and we were able to get on our way with no issues.

The facility is a convenience store/gas station/head shop/Uhaul location. The truck we rented was damage-free but old and in poor condition, but it performed just fine. The service of the employees was good, though, and they don't have any control over the age of their trucks. U-Haul's online check-in didn't work (we couldn't click "pick up my truck" or fill out the damage assessment), but the employees helped us check out and back in.
