Waited nearly an hour before I could get access to a moving van. The van I ordered was not on the premises and another had to be issued. The gentleman who was handling my reservation was also having to tend to customers who were purchasing items from his convenience store. It was a mess.

The 17" truck had a check engineer light visible,when reported to the employee, he stated he knew, no other trucks were available the same size. The truck was difficult to brake and shifted roughly.

This location as well as the truck was filthy. I included photos on the app when I checked in to pick the truck up. The cab of the truck had a tar like film on the steering wheel and in and around the cup holder area as well as on the seats. We had to lay a towel on the seats to sit on them and later cleaned them as well as the steering wheel. The back of the truck hadn't been swept out prior to me picking it up and had trash as well as frozen mud clumps all over the floor. It took me a total of 2 hours to clean the cab and the back of the truck. When I returned the truck, I told the guy running the place of the bad experience and he told me that I would receive half of my money back which I haven't received. I'm still waiting on that. I will never return to this location.

Original reserved Truck was extremely dirty and check engine light was on. Having only 6 hours to move I didn't want any issues so had to downgrade to a 15' truck instead. Much better shape and clean. At first the gentleman helping was trying to brush it off but after informing i used to work for U-haul and knew this wasnt ok, he accommodated us and we were able to get on our way with no issues.

The facility is a convenience store/gas station/head shop/Uhaul location. The truck we rented was damage-free but old and in poor condition, but it performed just fine. The service of the employees was good, though, and they don't have any control over the age of their trucks. U-Haul's online check-in didn't work (we couldn't click "pick up my truck" or fill out the damage assessment), but the employees helped us check out and back in.

Honestly, save yourself the damage to your items and use real appliance dollies (about 70 bucks), and buy moving blankets , not renting these bad quality ones from uhaul. The furniture dollies are about 15 bucks, which the wheels wont fall apart. Also other companies have lift gates instead of slick dangerous ramps, and use diesel, so you can actually get to the speed limit of 65 and have higher that 4.7 miles per gallon .

I picked up a car trailer. When I got to my destination, I realized there was only 1 ramp. Thanks goodness for Uhaul customer service. They found me another trailer in the city where I was. 5 stars for their help.

the blankets i rented were just thrown into the back of the truck, not folded at all. the truck was dirty and had clothes, belts, and tie strings left behind by a previous customer. I waited for almost 20 minutes to get my truck as there was only one person working behind a cash register and he had to stop helping me in order to help customers pay for gas, drinks, cigarettes, etc. Very unpleasant experience.

Most of my cost for the mileage of the truck was due to the location of where I was forced to pickup the truck. If I would have had my preferred location or even the next 3 or 4 closest locations, I would have easily cut my bill in half. U haul should move the trucks on their dime to preferred locations requested by the customer rather then forcing the customer to pay for mileage due to where the truck is available. I will not be using U haul again after my experience.

The pick up place was a gas station that doubled as a gambling hall (?) They did not have the blankets and UD I ordered and he told us to go somewhere else to get them - the truck they gave me had a totally cracked up windshield and there was blood matted with human hair on the middle seat. As we had flown in to Wichita and took a cab from the airport to get to this place, we drove the mobile crime scene down the road just to get the hell out of there. We went down to the U-Haul Moving & Storage of McAdams Park location where they made it all right thanks to a lady named Bree who was totally awesome in making sure the fiasco was rectified.

We have rented at Uhaul before but not picked up from this location before. My brother said the facility was very dirty. The truck we picked up engine oil light came on within driving 14 miles and had to stop and put 4 qts of oil in vehicle. We called to report this and they said to add oil and send in receipt. It still wasn't quite full. I also had placed on order for blankets and none were available at time of pick up. This was not a very good experience this go around. They are reimbursing for the oil, but it was a huge inconvenience and didn't want to be responsible for an engine issue! The fluids should have been checked before the vehicle was sent out of the road.

I tried to check in using the app. It was VERY frustrating and took FOREVER to get approval. Finally ended up going inside and finishing with a real person!

It was very hard to understand the attendant and he was trying to get me to do it online but then got upset that I was doing it online. I wouldn’t recommend this spot for people who don’t regularly use a moving truck. He wasn’t helpful in getting me going.

The location was very run down the truck I reserved online was a 17 foot truck when I got there the battery had been stolen out of the truck I had to downgrade to a 15 foot truck checked two of those trucks and they also had batteries stolen luckily the last truck they had also a 15 foot had a battery in it The location did not discount my rental even though the truck I reserved was not available very dissatisfied I have used U-Haul many times this will probably be my last

The trailer had two broken components, the wiring and the vehicle safety chain. The shop attendant did not know what to do and was going to send us to another location (without the vehicle properly secured on the trailer) to get help there. I switched the parts from another trailer on the lot to avoid this. He stayed inside while we struggled to attach and load the vehicle transport trailer. I think this location is rarely used, as there are larger/nicer looking locations nearby. We picked a different location to pick up from, but were switched to this location by U-Haul. Would not recommend this location.

I would drive clear across Kansas with this u-haul it was so comfortable oh my goodness very nice a.c was freezing good gas mileage ,,,customers service Excellent....thank you Richard marts 316 217 3237

We were over charged. Location is almost impossible to find. Employees at the gas station/uhaul location could not confirm how much my total would even be for keeping the truck and additional day. I payed 100 cash deposit. Put more gas in then gas in the truck when we got it and some how managed to lose my deposit. The total was quoted less than 80 total. Overall not a great experience.

When I called I was told I would be charged $40 for extra day, when I got here the clerk charged me $80. While I was tryning to close out the clerk kept ignoring me and helping people buying lottery tickets, VERY UNPROFFESSIONAL

The good: Convenient location, had the trailer I needed on-hand so I could help some friends move on short-notice. The attendant was friendly and I was able to pick up the equipment after work and return it before work the next day. Trailer was in reasonable repair, although I suspect the emergency brakes would not have been functional should the need have arisen. The bad: This location is sketchy. It's a small gas station, the kind that has vaguely legal gambling machines and glass "tobacco" paraphernalia in the case by the counter... that you'll have to stand at for several minutes while the lone attendant balances gas station customers and your needs. Overall: Good in a pinch, but I would use a different location if possible.

This is located at a gas station, and the gas station is very dirty and sketchy. Only one person was on staff to continuously check customers out and try to do the U-Haul thing. It took 35 to 40 minutes for me to finally get out of there, and he did not have all of the furniture pads or utility carts I had ordered. Ironically, another U-Haul person was checked out in the middle of my procedure who had lots of trouble and told me she will not ever be coming back. I have been using U-Haul for decades, and I have never been frightened at a U-Haul place or been so frustrated by the filth and lack of customer service. Please reconsider having this be a U-Haul location

Sketchy part of town. Barely could understand the fella working. I asked some questions and he really couldn’t give me any answers. I got a call the day before about the location I originally chose didn’t have the trailer size I needed and this was the only location open on a Sunday evening. I originally scheduled pick up for Monday. The lady I talked to on the phone “gave” me “an extra day” because I was having to go out of my way to pick it up and my vehicle couldn’t handle the bigger trailer. But when I’ve rented uHauls before, I’ve simply asked for an extra day if I needed it and it was given free of charge. Not sure why the extra day was given as a compensation for not having the trailer on the day or at the location I wanted.

The location was fine but the reservations were mixed up when I arrived and never got completely straightened out in comparison to what I was told regarding type of rental and locations when I made my initial reservation. Very frustrating overall. The people at Super Express did a great job but the rental systems in place didn't work. I probably wouldn't use U-Haul again if I had other options.

The customer service rep was very nice, helpful and caring. The location wasn't what I expected (we originally went to the desired location, which is a large, new Uhaul store, for pickup because I never got a notice/call it changed). However, the rep made the experience a good one.

How about not charging the customer twice on credit card that might help with repeat business. I have paid 280.00 dollars on a 12 hour rental going only 40 miles and returned everything in same condition.
