I needed to change the pick up time on the day of the pick up. No one answered the phone. No one called back when I left messages. No one was at the location when I arrived. I had to call U-Haul customer service (who were wonderful) to reset the reservation so I could use the app to check in and get the key code. That's when someone finally arrived at the location. Back door of the truck was frozen shut. The blankets I ordered were not in the truck, had to ask for them. The windshield was caked with ice. The gentleman who finally showed up took care of these things and I was finally able leave, 90 minutes after I first arrived. I've used U-Haul many times, and this was by far my worst experience.

JAMES FIt's at a mechanic shop not the traditional U-Haul location. However, I used them twice and the guy that helped me was very professional and worked quickly to get me everything I needed. The truck was in great condition. Everything went smoothly and was able to drop keys in a drop box after hours.

Taria NPricing was not clear at all. Surcharges were applied well after original payment had been processed. Mileage used was not accurate at all for a mere trip around the corner from one location to the other as well.

Staff member showed the truck and tried to quickly close.it so that I wouldn't see the pile of trash once I mentioned it they said "oh my bad" before half way cleaning it . I've been calling for a week to speak with someone to discuss why my car was charger an additional 50 . No response I've left voice messages and called numerous times. I already spoke to family and they had the same experience. I do however believe this maybe a location issue . Super Dave's Auto repair . The truck had spray paint on it's just nasty.

David saw me standing outside, and took care of everything in his office. He then brought the truck around, loaded up my furniture pads, and gave me a few tips on operating the truck. Very easy location to get in and out of.

He had a few customers in front of me but he he adequately paid attention to every customer and got me on my way while still assisting other customers. I've found a new Uhaul location that I will frequent now. It's 100% better than the 1st one I went to on Lancaster Ave where I was there for more than an hour! Even with other customers, Dave got me out of there in less than 20 minutes! I've now favorited this Uhaul location in my address book. His equipment looked "brand new!" The other Uhaul on Lancaster had a tow dolly that looked old and damaged.

dee dThe van was so dirty and smelled very bad. The mileage reading was not available because there was suspended message saying change oil now so when received the bill a 20 mileage ride charged to 79 miles. I returned the van doubling the amount of Gas received then found 5 dollars mileage. I supposed to receive the van 10 Am but had to wait 2 hrs in-front of the store which opened at 12 pm. It's a very painful experience
