I picked up the truck after hours and they sent me a picture showing the key locked away on the back of the truck. It took about 3 hours back and forth with customer service for someone to inform me that the key was in a box on the wall of the building and not on the truck

The mileage reading was not available because there was suspended message saying change oil now so when received the bill a 20 mileage ride charged to 79 miles. I returned the van doubling the amount of Gas received then found 5 dollars mileage. I supposed to receive the van 10 Am but had to wait 2 hrs in-front of the store which opened at 12 pm. It's a very painful experience

I had to cover the driver seat with an old sheet as I got up from my first sitting and felt some sort of “goo†all over my clothes. Absolutely disgusting vehicle with poor alignment. I prob won't even get another u haul, let alone from this location
