If the customer service representative could have walked me to the correct truck, that would have been nice.

ROGER WThe original customer service agent made reservations for a pickup truck that's out of circulation. The agents called me everyday to cancel the upside until they finally put me in a 26 footer I didn't need. I was instructed to get the auto transport and truck from 2 different locations while the same items were both at one location. The pickup location contact was rude and hung up on me when I was confirming my reservations. The auto transport had 1 different tire that was also flat. The truck windshield had a hairline crack and I noted it during my inspection before driving and I was still charged for it pre-dispute. There needs to be accountability across the board as agents don't know the stock and don't care to centralize the rented property so customers can make 1 stop for multiple items.

Duncan HI didn't interact with staff as we returned after hours. I think some more direction about where to park returning vehicles, parking spot lines/lanes, would be helpful! There was only one spot we could put the truck because all of them were not close together, limiting the space available.

Juan ANeed to do maintenance on the equipments and have better service the equipment I rented was not working properly. Had a really bad experience the worst I would say. I wouldn't recommend this place. Very poor work ethic and renting equipment that does not work when those equipments need to be fixed before letting leave the place.

FRED FThey were not helpful about the mileage. I was supposed to get a $40 refund for the fuel as I did return the truck with the correct amount of gas. No one will return my call and I never got my $40 refund.
andrea cThe after hours pickup was a NO GO. The location said that it NEVER works…but the web site allowed me to do it. I had movers scheduled and could not pick up the truck before they arrived - and if you can imagine - moving is never fun but when you are paying people to do nothing, it is a real bummer. This was a very poor experience and I will look at places other the uhaul when I need a truck again. The location was good, the truck was great, but the pickup spoiled it all for us.

Ben WMy original reservation was done for a 15 ft truck at another location in 1406 Grove Rd in Greenville, Sc. They told me had no available trucks despite making my reservation months ago. It was unacceptable. Fortunately they transferred my reservation to this new location and at least got me a 20 ft truck. The staff at the new location was very friendly. Overall I'm pleased with this location but dissatisfied about what would've happened in case there weren't any trucks available cause I had movers scheduled.
Cynthia DI normally ignore surveys, but I was admittedly very impressed with Hector and his operation. At 69 years old, I've used U-Haul many times. This was by far the most organized experience...the value was excellent. Thank you Hector!

Rodger GThe amount I was charged was beyond reasonable it is very very unlikely me or any of my family my brother has used the services in the past and we would not recommend now will we in the future I'm sorry but it seems an excessive amount . Hope you guys are open to communication on a partial refund or something.

RYAN MThis isn't against the location but uHaul itself. When I got my rental I didn't think about the mileage given but there was no way I could have gotten the truck from Raleigh to my house and dropped off without exceeding the limit. Paying $80 on top of what I was already charged was ridiculous, nobody drives a perfect route.

Linda HThe employees don't speak much English and are very rude. The rental had problems, the check engine was on the entire time and the employees just reset the meter. It was not a good experience and I think I was over charged.

Kris BI had a 15 foot truck rented for over a week and had a printed confirmation sheet with location . I called several times prior to pick up verifying time I could get it. The gentlemen that ran center was trying to be helpful however, UHAUL screwed up the location in its internal system. He pickup place did not have my contract and because I was trying to make it easy for UHAuL as suugested in paperwor, I prepaid. If i had not prepaid, he said he could have transferred the reservation to him...although my contract stated his dealership but UHAUL did not have it correctly. It took 45 minutes to finally get corp to transfer the contract to him . I also had hired movers though UHAUL which of curse I wasnt ready due to delay. Then before I left with UHAUL or even got in the vehicle I told him I did not want the insurance because I was covered by my company and he said he oculdnt take it off.......HORRIBLE experience and then the UHAUL was only half filled up so I had to stop and fill up before I ever got on the road

Luis LWhile the experience overall was good, U-Haul switched my pickup point the day before I was scheduled to pick up the truck. This pickup point was further away from my loading address, but there was no increase in my mileage allocation and I nearly exceeded the allowed miles as a result.
Brian AI nice non-english speaking individual came up and unhooked me, and I asked if there was any paperwork, and he just indicated he didn't speak English. I didn't see anyone else, and figured someone would catch up with the drop-off. I alerted the original site a bout the drop-off.
