When I picked up the trailer I didn't realize the tires were in very poor condition. I had reserved a trailer at the Rockledge dealer and they were unable to fill my order. They found another trailer at the dealer on Merritt Island. The tires are in poor condition. One of the tires shredded the next day and delayed us 2 to 3 hours. The representative named Doug did a very good job in finding us someone to fix the tire. However, I Missed my elevator reservation at the condo in Atlanta.PAUL O.

Maybe list the drop off location as the shell gas station and not the food mart because that ended up being confusing. When you look up the food mart on Google, it also says it is permanently closed.Emily K.

Rented the truck to drop off in PCB across the street from our home I was asked if I would take it to FortWalton beach and I did took it to the location as asked of me got to the location then I was asked to take it somewhere else and I did they did not want to except the truck and asked me to take it to the location that was shown on the contract I did not I told them I have already gone 2 hours out of my way and expressed my frustration about going back and forth and finally the young man said he had to contact his boss they we leftTRENT P.

CLEAN YOUR VEHICLES! (ESPECIALLY WITH THIS VIRUS GOING AROUND). IT SMELLED LIKE FISH AND PEE. I COULD BARELY LEAVE OR ENTER THE LOCATION OF WHERE THE VEHICLE WAS PARKED DUE TO OTHER UHAUL VEHICLES BEING IN THE WAY. VEHILCES WERE NOT MAINTAINED AND WAS SHAKING THE WHOLE TIME DRIVING UNTIL A TIRE POPPED.Sharlon K.

Please make sure the truck bed is clean. It was dirty when we picked it up and took 30mins to sweep out before I returned it. Also, the additional equipment we rented i.e. dollies and moving pads were not inside the truck. A trip back to the rental place to retrieve them was necessary. The truck could use a wheel alignment too. We picked this location because of the location and convenience. We did the online express check in but still had to go inside and wait for the salesperson to finish with their gas customers before we could get the keys.Shannon C.

Better signage to show where it is. I now live very close to it but drive by it because I couldn't see it. Also google maps doesn't come up with it unless You use exact addressZeth L.

First, I scheduled the pick up for 9am, then U-haul changed to 10am. We I came to the pickup location at 10am, the guy that was working wasn't there so the people at the gas station told me to come back again later at 11am-11:15am. For that time I went to do breakfast and after 20 minutes the U-haul guy called telling me to come at the location to pick up the truck. So, once U-haul changed the scheduled time, once the guy at the location moved from 10am to 11am, so pick up time changed twice. And the U-haul guy used just the credit card magnet reader which is NOT SECURE, he have to have the CHIP READER to do a secure transaction! Bad service, U-haul never ever again!Stevan M.

Truck was used to carry animals by the previous renter. Not clean covered in animal poop and smelled terrible. Took me a few hours to clean it out. The truck was very dirty in the cab and smelled of cigars and animal crap.Scott C.

No the absolute worst experience I have ever had at a uhaul. The person helping me was rude and trying to rip me off. Then tried to change my reservation, then tried to cancel my reservation. Then wanted me to wait forever for him to take the trailer off my truck. HorribleJacqueline S.

I think the app needs to be updated. I uploaded all my pics of drivers license and put my credit card info in and I had to do it all again when inside the store to pick up my order.bauss S.
The people at the location were very nice and helpful. I would recommend double checking the maintenance on the vehicles. While my husband was driving across the state (in the pouring rain) the back tire blew on the trailer we had rented. Thank goodness he was not injured. Roadside assistance was on target and very helpful but this interrupted our moving schedule and caused a lengthy arrival delay.Ivan A.

The cost per mile of .99 is excessive. Your competitor just down the street charges 50% less that resulted in a rental with identical miles at less the $200.00. U-haul will not be getting any more of my business.Richard B.

Very busy gas station and the Uhaul business was a side job. Running the gas station was priority! The person that helped me did not not speak English, and I kept being pushed off for other customers purchasing food and gas.Helmut D.

Young lady was very nice and helpful. I noticed that they cabin had a little of smoking smell, so when I open the ash tray I noticed there was a cigarette but, and also noticed the coffee spill stains. I just suggest spending a little more time cleaning the cabins of the trucks.claudia M.
I have tried to rent a U-Haul at this exact location in the past. I was unsuccessful in my rental because they could not figure out how to work the computer system. I attempted to rent from the same location this time because of location convenience. I even showed up early prior to my reservation to make sure everything was all set. When I showed up the next morning to pick up my rental I was told by the associate, â€œI can't do this now I do not have time for this I have to get my daughter to school.â€ This was stressful for me since I was on a short timeline and wondering if I was going to be able to get a U-Haul at all. Finally the computer system was figured out and my rental was completed. I returned the U-Haul early and when I returned it the gentleman at this location told me he would handle the return don't worry about it. I took a photo of the gas which I replaced and I took a photo of the new mileage. I offered to show it to him but he declined and said he would take it care of everything don't worry about it. The next morning beginning at 6:30 AM I started receiving text messages that I did not return my U-Haul! So I called the location via the telephone number that was given in my U-Haul text message. This is not a good phone number for this location as it does not work often. I finally was able to speak to somebody and was again told don't worry about it. I'll take care of it. The rest of the day I proceeded to get phone calls from this location over and over and over all day long. When I would answer nobody would say anything. Finally someone did speak in the afternoon. I had trouble understanding them so just showed up at this location a bit frustrated. I am a business owner and do not have time for phone calls and text messages all day long because they did not do their job when they were supposed to, which should've been upon my uhaul return. Constant phone calls all day long creating stress for me while trying to work and wonder about what was happening and why my uhaul return had not been processed. Calling me for additional charges ALL day long when I was there in person to handle everything during my return, yet told it was all set. This was a preapproved rental I had completed via uhaul.com. I had everything completed and ready to make the process simple but it definitely wasn't that.Tricia F.

This location did not have enough help. A very nice gentleman who didn't even work there had to help me and my brother with unloading my car off the trailer. There was only one person working at the store and he was attending to all the other customers, he had me waiting for a very long time. He said I was not his customer because he doesn't deal with Uhaul.Marianne D.
