Alex and the sunshine farmers market is soooo hard to deal with. His smug attitude is so frustrating! After the most tragic holiday season my family has had.. I look on my bank statements I have over $400 in charges.. I know mistakes can happen or possibly charges that need to be reversed, I get that .. But the utter way Alex Handeled this situation was Gross and if he was my employee I would fire his disrespectful smart mouth ! Terrible for businessMatthea A.

It was a little sketchy, the miles were not correct in the system but he fixed this at the end. There was just enough gas in the tank for 30 miles. I did not have a dolly but was charged for it. There were no moving blankets so I had to get those from another location. I showed him that we only use one package but he still charged us for all of them. I would not rent from this location again.Daron V.

I was overcharged for gas even though I put in more gas than when I received the vehicle. It was only 10 dollars but what a pain to try and get fixed.Jon M.
The location was not open when I arrived to drop off the truck, and this was during normal business hours. The inside of the truck box was also dirty (not swept) when I picked up the truck. Aside from that, everything was fine.Joseph W.

Sketchy area, no office. Rep was in car waiting. Many claim stickers on truck, no actual work done on it.RACHEL R.
I ordered furniture pad way ahead, I was only informed when I got the car. He just asked me to go to another location to get it, he could have get it for me because he also pick the car from somewhere else! He called me before my reservation and didn't informed me about furniture pad as well! That added mileage for me because I had to go to the store and get furniture pads myself!Kwok Cheung H.

Train employees on your insurance Had a guy at the counter ask me if I want insurance, What he didn't tell me is I was only getting half of what I needed. So I when I tried to use this insurance...They told me that I didn't get THAT KIND of insurance. Uhm excuse you? So basically I had a guy that works for you only give me half of what I need and I'm the one paying???? He should be fired and you should give me my money back because YOU LIED! I dropped the car at the same day and they put the return time a day after. I did fuel refill to the same level when I picked it up at the location and I got charged for fuel refill service!Nasser A.

The truck was in a field of weeds, the cab was dirty and the cup holder broken. The gas tank was empty and the key was not in the lockbox it was sitting on top. I ordered and paid for a dolly and there was not one with the truck. I think someone should be checking on the vehicle prior to the next person renting it.Paula K.
The process was actually long and exhausting. It took about 30 minutes just to get the keys in my hands. The guy was nice however attempted to charge me for the CDW and then I was charged for blankets that I never received. I tried calling the number at the top of my rental agreement page which was the only clear place to be shown and it wasn't a working number. Although the price was right the operation was super sloppy. I will hopefully be on the lookout for a working phone number.ERIN G.
