Was trying to explain the problems with the truck and I felt as if I was bothering the counter person. He said ya ok ok ok. I know he is just going to rent it to someone and they are going to breakdown.

Inconvenient for me. Major Uhaul location much closer to my house in Naples. Plus, I was told to pick up at 9am. I assumed that meant after 9. I showed up at 1 and there was nobody there. They had called me earlier but I missed the call.

Trailer was supposed to be picked up in Naples, it was a bit far to travel from Naples, but glad to have a trailer available.

I had reserved a 5X8 trailor two months prior to the pick up date and was instructed to pick up the trailor near Int 75 and collier ave Naples, FL. When I arrived the only trailor that was there was a large twin axle trailor. After a long delay I was told to pick up one approx. 15 miles away at Everglade City, FL. I wasted 1 1/2 to 2 hours and caused a lot of inconvenience because my help had to be delayed as well.

Got caught in a major weather event. Winds gusting to 60 MPH. Driving RV with your tow dolly. Laid over a day to wait out weather which would have made me 24 hours late for equipment return. Asked for a day extra due to well documented weather event and was denied. Would have to pay late fee if late. All your rep did was give me an extra 4 hours. Poor customer care. Had to drive an RV WITH YOUR EQUIPMENT like hell to get to turn in point on time so there would be no late charge.

The lady who helped us with was extremely nice. The location is a dump. The trailer was full of dirt on the inside and smelled like a mold factory.

Only one woman to staff convenience store and trailer rentals. Showed me the trailer and then had to go back to staff the store. No assistance with hookup or even to check lighting. At least she was pleasant.

My experience with U Haul was awful. I reserved a certain truck, a certain pick up location, a certain time, and a certain drop off location. I got NONE of these. Not sure why I bothered to do a reservation 3 WEEKS ahead of time. This is totally inexcusable and I will NEVER use U Haul again. I will also tell as many people as possible about my experience. The gal here (Fegin sp?) was the only bright spot as she tried to work with me. I ended up paying way more in gas because I was given a larger truck that I had no need for. I had to go an additional 30 min out of my way to this pick up location. And the time they changed my pick up to happened to be while I was on an airplane on my way to get the truck.

The large uhaul sign is over an unlocked door that enters into a room with the owner's personal items such as bird cages. It was slightly confusing initially knowing if the uhaul was separate from or conjoined with the gas station.

We arrived to pick up our 17’ truck at our scheduled time. They told us they rented it out to another customer and that a pickup truck was available. The associates were rude and not helpful. Finally someone called another store and found a 26’ truck. We had to drive 15 miles each way out of our way. When we got to the second location, the woman couldn’t figure out how to give the paperwork or contract so she just didn’t! We have no paperwork. We were charged for mileage which was 30 miles more than it should have been due to changing locations. It also made us late and missed an hour with the movers. Overall an absolutely terrible experienceX

could not open email/print receipt with method of their attachment, need it to be pdf or other type of receipt format

I was dissatisfied that I had to drive so far for my truck pick up site. If it wasn't for the 40 min drive from the location to my place of residence, I may have made it under the mileage I was given. I won't allow this to happen again with uhaul.

The fuel level was less than 7/8 full but marked full. Vehicle had trash inside. I reserved a vehicle at a location in naples much closer to the airport. U-haul decided to send me 45 mins out of my way and then back. Was charged for 200 miles more than I needed based on the zip codes to and from. They offered me an extra 100 miles for having to drive an additional 1.5 hours just to be able to start loading vehicle. I was 300 miles below the contract and was not credited the difference.
