A little snafu on the pick up but we were upgraded to a larger truck at no cost to us. Overall service by Erina was great.

The van was not clean - there were pine needles and wet paper towels in the cargo area. It doesn't look like it has been cleaned at all. The gear shift made funny noise when shifting from park to reverse. The service is friendly but inefficient! It took a while to do the "paperwork" for the van ... the clerk had a hard time typing on the keyboard. I would recommend this place since it's closest but it needs to improve on the rental process AND have the vehicles in better condition.

The van I reserved was not available, so the staff had to call uhaul support to move the reservation to different equipment. That truck had a giant hole in its gas tank, which resulted in fuel pouring onto the ground of the station. Upon seeing this, they switched my reservation to yet another truck, which worked fine. Due to the equipment switch and things not getting entered correctly (mileage and fuel) at the time of the switch, drop off required another call to uhaul support. I feel sorry for the gas station staff who really were doing their best to fix the situation.

The app is not working. After I arrived I tried to see on my phone how to pick up the key for the car. There was no way to find it. It’s important to fix the app. Also the link you sent by email does not work. I couldn’t find a way to pick up the key

The person who "helped" me at this location was the most unprofessional person i have ever dealt with. First he tried renting me a truck under a different persons name. Then he spent almost an hour cursing and yelling at his computer. He was throwing his mouse and slamming his keyboard. When i finally got my keys he blamed me for the issues and then told me "the truck is out there somewhere". I will never go back to location for anything and recommend that no one else does.

The right tear tire pressure was low and tire monitor sensor indicated low right rear tire as I was leaving station. I pumped up the tire at my destination.

The two staff members did not know how to check out my rental. One associate tried her best to complete the process but had never done it before. It took almost an hour to get the van.

Location and staff were very helpful. The "24/7 rental" mobile phone app was worthless. Does not work for "one-way" rentals even within the same greater metropolitan area. Does not indicate when reserving that a CREDIT CARD must be used. Accepted debit cards during the online reservation process but then had to present a credit card at pickup. Garbage app. Customer service was helpful. The last person to check the truck in used the trip meter instead of the actual odometer, so had to call and have it corrected before I left. (40K mile difference.) They were able to correct it in about 15 minutes. Dropoff was easy. Friendly staff, confirmed everything, no surprise charges.

The attendant was sympathetic to the irrigations with the app. He himself was experiencing problems with knowing for sure what needed to be done. I had to sign a piece of paper at the end...I thought the app would do away with that.

The pick up location was fine, easy enough to get in and out with the 15ft truck. The one attendant was friendly but serving both gas station customers and uhaul customers. Check out was fast once we arrived at the counter after 30 minutes of waiting. The uhaul truck had problems as is typical of a uhaul rental. The drivers side door lock was clearly damaged/broken when we picked it up. The drivers side door leaked like crazy in a rain storm. The moms attic space had been calked poorly and water soaked many of our things. This is a typical uhaul experience.

The process for reserving a vehicle is too cumbersome. I had to enter the same information as many as three times. I couldn’t change my reservation time without calling someone. Even after going through all that it took 20 minutes once I got to the store to actually get my vehicle. I found out at the end I had purchased insurance even though I declined it multiple times. I was not informed by the agent I had insurance on my bill. The vehicle itself was nice. Just fix your process and don’t try to increase your revenue by hiding costs.

Mobil needs to hire additional help! Sole service station attendant was attending to propane filling duties and we had to not only wait till he was done with his three propane customers, but an additional customer as well. After a long day of moving, it would've been nice to be able to get in and get out much smoother. Attendant was sympathetic to our situation and deserves credit for (finally) getting us taken care of.

The truck I rented was clean, however: 1) It smelled like smoke 2) The windshield wipers needed to be replaced as they were falling apart. 3) I could tell it needed an oil change...badly These are easy fixes that U-Haul just needs to execute on fixing.

The staff was very helpful and courteous. The vehicle worked fine. The interior was dirty. The truck indicated an oil change was needed. I would rent from this location again.

When I booked the rental I specified that I did not need to rent blankets or a dolly. However, I was charged for them anyway. If you're going to give someone the option of declining them, then you should not charge for those items.

The van was dirty inside and out. The gas was left at 7/8 so I had to guess how much to put in. I put too much gas in the tank so that cost me more money. HEY U-HAUL LISTEN UP!!! THE GAS TANK SHOULD BE FULL AT THE START FOR EVERY CUSTOMER.

I was so disappointed with this rental-not the location but the total rental/online reservation experience. The rental location was excellent and the customer service was great but their hands were tied. I rented a truck for $55.00 and when I picked the truck up and due to the way your website is set up to allow rental for any vehicle but the supply at the locations are limited and may not even have that particular truck which was my case. I was so unhappy at the fact that my rental was initially $55.00 but I ended up paying $135.00 which is a major difference - and if I was not pressed for time I would have cancelled and went to Budget or Enterprise rental. I would like to have the difference of the $135.00 and $55.00 refunded to me as this was my original pricing. I have rented many times in the past and referred friends and have never experienced this before. Again, I would love to have the difference reimbursed to me.

Aside from not having the dolly we ordered, everything was fantastic with this rental. Extremely easy and when we dropped off, Amy ensured we were not charged for the dolly. Probably the best experience we have ever had with Uhaul.

The location was fine. The problem was the last minute location change by U-haul that forced me to drive three times as far to pick up the truck and thus pay three times as much in mileage fees. The fact that I had to call to be compensated for this change is frustrating - you have a guarantee, if it can’t be met you should own up to it and immediately credit people’s accounts.

I called ahead about 10 minutes before I got to this location (Sunset Blvd in Renton) and was told a 15' truck was available. When I got there only a 10' was available. Once done, I called ahead to the 85th st location in Kirkland to see if I could drop off the truck there. They said yes after looking into my reservation, I confirmed the address with them then hung up. When I got there I was told to go to the Kirkland way location down the street as I was in the wrong place. When I got to this location I waited half an hour to be told that I had to return the truck to the Renton location I picked it up from. In the end I wasted an hour or two of my day and drove an extra 5-10 miles out of my way, adding to the price I had to pay in both mileage and gas. Extremely frustrating experience. I understand why the truck had to be dropped off at the Renton location but I should have been told this up front or when I called the Kirkland location.

I booked Issaquah’s Uhaul and confirmed last Thursday. On Friday noon, I received a text 8 Miles further which is Renton. I paid additional 16 miles and Uhaul did not give any consideration or just even a half of the distance because they make a mistake or maybe intentionally making the distance longer. Disappointing!!!

Although the owner was as nice as she can be U-haul threw her under the bus. She does not wish to handle large trucks but U-haul keeps sending trucks to her. On top of that I specially told the booking agent that I was only renting the truck to pull my trailer but no one said that your trailer balls are only 2 inches and cannot be changed. So I drove 100 miles to pick up my trailer and had no way to fix my problem and drove back home without it. You wasted my time and money.

The service at the Renton location was great, I didn't get her name, but I appreciated her help through the process on sunday morning. By no way is the reminder of the review directed toward that location, in any way. What I didn't enjoy was not finding the appliance dolly i requested and paid for, this should be fixed on your website as driving to another location (and tacking on the miles) was very inconvenient. I also would have liked to know that I'd be required to pick up almost 20 miles away from the original location I selected, upfront. I would have made other arrangements. Again, this is quite a brilliant way great way to tack on those miles and increase the cost for customers. Feel robbed by the whole process and not likely to be a returning customer.

when u booked online I declined insurance but that was billed to me. the staff was not able to resolve this and remove the extra charge. the said take the vehicle and they will reverse the charge but it's not reversed yet, rental period is already over. bad experience overall. not sure it's some new uhaul policy or it's this new location which opened recently after renovation.
