Although the truck was new, there was trash left behind from previous renters. I cleaned it out so I would not be charged the customary cleaning fee.

I made a complaint because no one (The 2 locations) told me about the FEE they charge when you drop the truck in a different location and the worst part is that I asked them by phone 2 times the day that I got the truck and couple hours before returning the truck and both locations are just like 8 or 12 miles away they are close same city. I got a huge bill of $291 and I called as soon as I received the bill and they opened a case today the claim number is 2359478. Another thing that happened is that when I returned the truck the guy just told me give me the keys and I sent you an email with the receipt, so he did not check the truck with me to see if the truck was good, or clean or the miles and he sent me an email the day after at morning. I rented more than 3 times with you and this time was really bad.

Cab of the van was dirty. Took pictures to prove it. Check out process on the phone was very long and tedius, although I did it. People inside the store were ok, but not overly nice. Place was pretty run down and dirty

I did express check-in online but I needed to give the same information at the pick up location. You may need to look into your express check-in and figure out how to make it work better with the pick up location or don't offer it so we don't have to input the information twice.

Not at the location that I went to 951I have asked the guy for assistance a couple of times cuz I did not understand about the gas how much to put in how much would be okay the guy never wanted to come outside to show me I would not go back to that location all recommended.

I was charged $25 for 4 small pieces of cardboard that was already in the track when I rented, the driver door never closed properly and I have to put up with the beeping sound all the time that I have to drive it . I never had such an experience renting from u-haul
