matthew ironsCustomer service rep was nice. The mobile app check in did not work which caused delays. The truck had a dead battery and we had to jump it. Truck was also out of gas so I had to idle and hurry to a gas station hoping it didn't run out, and leave the truck running since the battery was dead. I had to jump the battery again the next day just to return it. I should not be charged such fees for all the trouble it took for this horrible quality truck.

Every time I rent a uhaul from here ( which would be every time if avail) I am greeted with smiling faces and friendly people. I was hoping to have somewhere to write a review, cause I am always so grateful for their help and kindness.

Pavel BlackSafety sticking to their words not making it even more stressful and more expensive just to get what you need to move because that still has me pretty mad that costed me not only the rental fee for the trailer and truck but almost $120 for more fuel to get the equipment I already paid to have them charged even more when dropped off causing me to have to leave work earlier just to handle the extras charge on top of the extra fuel and now lost wages to . I would like to use your U-Haul again when needed but seriously losing Faith in this company as well .

cheryl couturierReserved my equipment online and was charged almost 3 times what it said online. Wasn’t told how much my card was being charged for tell afterwards. Very disappointing it was my first time renting probably will find a different company next time.

Julie CaseyIt went smooth but coulda been smoother, in that we didn’t know ball hitch size or what type of trailer light connectors it had. Next time I think customer service should inform the customer of that information. Otherwise my experience was awesome.
Billy BellPickup time was 10:00. Didnt leave until 11:00 because they couldnt get trailer out of field that had snow. The place opens at 9. One would think that they would look at u-haul pickups/dropoffs for the day and get shit ready. Maybe thats just the business man in me. Was thoroughly pissed. After 30 min of waiting i was searching for cargo trailers for sale in the area because i was tired of dealing with Elko area Uhual shit.

Spencer LeendersTruck was struggling to start and very hard to get into the correct gear. I drove 24 miles total over 3 hours of having it, but I was charged $49 for 7 gallons of fuel after I returned it. There's no way I used 7 gallons of fuel in 24 miles. I was charged incorrectly for fuel and was more than the entire rental.

Larry CalderonProperly detail interior and exteriors. The 15' truck I got had grime or grease all over the the console and cup holders and steering wheel. Also regularly check and maintain hardware such as chains for trailers. The carribeaners on my trailer chains were so rusty I had to use channel locks 100% of the way for one of the 2. Also train your employees to be able to answer typical questions such as, "what kind of mileage does the 15' truck get on the road?" I was "offered" some extra money off my bill if I was willing to return my truck and trailer to a town a couple dozen miles away from the town I was relocating to. I accepted, not fully aware that even the little 15' trucks are still major gas hogs. Final suggestion, make sure your air conditioning units are working when your signing out trucks in nearly triple digit temperatures.

Diana ClarkThe employees there were the best I've ever encountered at a U-Haul place, and the best of most places I've been to for years now. When I picked up my rental I was greeted from someone that treated me like we were best of friends. Someone that enjoyed what they are doing for a living and were happy to have a job. It was wonderful. Then, on my return, I had a problem in the yard. This time a different employee asked if I needed assistance then immediately came to my aid and helped me with no questions asked. I wish every business was as good as this one. What a pleasant surprise. Thank you.
Paul TaylorTruck cabin was dirty! Windshield had bug splatters. Fuel said it was half way but it was actually about 30 dollars low then halfway. Was charged a extra day for dropping off 1hr late ! Worst uhaul experience. Truck ran fine other then it being dirty. I took pictures
