Please install backup cameras on your trucks. So many other self moving companies already have them. It would greatly improve the moving experience. It is very stressful backing up these trucks basically blindfolded. The side mirrors are very little help at all.

If you are looking to rent a uhaul in Spartanburg County drive the extra miles to Woodruff. Great customer service and they always have a large inventory of trucks. I will not go anywhere else.

I reserved unit online with a one-way drop off from woodruff, sc to Lexington, sc. When I reserved it said I got 114 miles with 2 extra days, unfortunately when I dropped the unit off, they have charged me for going over 86 miles, and charged me for two extra days! I am very u happy and dissatisfied with this company, and will be renting from elsewhere from now on!

The gas was read wrong and was marked as empty when it was returned a bit over 1/4 of a tank. When calling about it attitude was not pleasing and not helpful at all. When speaking with David he stated that the truck was no longer there and it was rented out on E. He mentioned that he did not take a picture so he can not prove to me that it was on E there is nothing that he can do and the manager asked and he told him that it's on E. That is incorrect gas was $25 was purchased in Ga and $5 again Woodruff. 13 was purchased and it only took $5 to get it back to 1/4 tank

I made a reservation. When I got to the counter the agent didn't even ask me if I had a reservation. I told him I had one and he said okay but then he preceded to make a new reservation. In my original order I declined the insurance. He added the insurance and didn't even asked if I wanted it. Remind you I had a reservation. I only went 22 miles up the road. I did not need the insurance and this is not the first time he did this to me.i wish he would have followed my reservation my money was limited.

I have sent an email to your customer service today because the rental location was terrible. I confirmed my pickup in person and the guy knew I was coming to pick the truck up but left anyway and if that wasn't bad enough, when we passed each other on the way to pick it up, he waved to us! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and UNRELIABLE. It completely ruined the plans to begin and end the move. We had other people in Rock Hill, SC waiting for us but we had to tell them that we were completely delayed. To make matters ever worse, this email had a bill attached showing that they charged $30!!!! for 1/4 tank of gas!!! We were so delayed by this guy's unprofessionalism that we unloaded as quickly as possible and returned the truck right away forgetting to add 1/4 tank of gas. When we left and realized it, we went back to get the keys out of the dropbox, but of course we couldn't so now we have another reminder of how bad this entire U-Haul experience was. I really want our money back, this whole experience was awful.

Excellent service! Friendly and professional. Huge selection of equipment. 5 minutes checking in on the pick up and the return. Truck pulled right up to the front door with all the rentals (blankets and dollies) already loaded. Well worth the trip to this location from Moore Duncan or Spartanburg.

There were no representatives when I arrived to return my u-haul. I had to do everything on my phone and then just leave the truck on the property and the key in the drop box though it was within the normal business hours posted on the business (and well before 5 pm on a Saturday).

SunQuest was great. I dropped off my key and was out in 5 minutes. I called Tuesday night around 6:20 pm to request the reservation fee credit. I was put on hold after waiting 20 minutes to speak to someone and the line went silent about 5 minutes later. I stayed on the phone for another 5 minutes with no one on the other end before hanging up. I waited again to talk to someone for about 15 minutes. A woman named Kenji answered and she was very helpful and understanding. She put in for my reservation fee refund pending her manager's approval. Reference number: 1877784
