William Keith HublerThey said gas gauge was on 3/4 tank but it was closer to a half. I brought it back and they charge me another $18 for gas when I already had put $20 in. I only put less than 30 miles on truck. Was not happy but I let it slide

Fredric ThompsonIt's hard to give the "location" a review when they were not open when I picked up. I was supposed to use the mobile app but it didn't work. I spoke with Customer service (which didn't go well, and even got hung up on by one rep), and when they couldn't figure out what was happening after almost TWO HOURS, then they 'manually' checked me in so I could get into the truck and get the keys. It was a nightmare!!! I will say on the return, the location was open and it was pretty seamless. Just dropped off the keys and they said they would mail me a receipt once they process the return. I will also say the truck was clean!

David RohdeI would recommend but your contracts and receipts should be gone over and understood by the person renting to AVOID CONFUSION. A plus, tho.

frank krelicWilliam is the one who straightened out my problem. Thank goodness for William as the other guy with curly hair and headband was useless. I would refer this Uhaul if William was the one assisting. The equipment needs to be maintained for sure. A little WD 40 does wonders!!!

todd bergAfter the first 60 miles the tire pressure sensor came on forcing me to have my tires checked at a freeway truck stop. All but one tire (right/rear) was fine and the bad tire was at 78PSI. Had the pressure increased and it occurred again another 60 miles down the road and had it checked again. The sensor light would also go away after shutting off the engine and then restarting. This frustration added an additional 45 minutes of time to my trip.

bret turnerThe brakes and transmission should be looked at prior to allowing the truck to be rented again. The transmission felt as if it were lagging as the gears would not shift right away. The brakes were very noisy and not as responsive as they should be. The cab as well as the back of the uhaul had gaps in which rain water came through, causing property damage.

Beverly WrightTruck windshield was dirty inside and out. Very loud exhaust noise. Drivers seat would not slide back, very uncomfortable. Difficult to climb in the truck.

Donald JossYour website is awful. The check in process overcomplicated and quite invasive. The website displays constant error messages and inexplicably starts over. I will not recommend anyone to use this website and will use other services for my future needs
