RANDOLPH EDon't even bother going. This place is ran by asshole old men that hate their job. The guy who checked me in was an ass to begin with me because I had no reservation should have just left then. He didn't specify any way on how much fuel to put in all he said was "make sure trucks back at half tank" I only went 12 miles and I stopped at gas station on the way back and just barely missed the line by a hair and turned in the keys and the Second Gentleman refused to answer on if I was going to get charged for the lack of fuel. Would have been way easier if the fuel was just topped off and I would have just topped it off but instead I got charged 3 GALLONS for lack of fuel after putting in 1.5 at the gas station. Second guy didn't even want to look at the gauge and say yes or no if I was going to get charged and instead he just wanted to beat around the bush and argue and ended up getting charged. I will not be returning. There's multiple U-Haul locations around west valley very close and I only used this one because I was literally down the road and the gentlemen I dealt with today will be the reason why I'll never shop at True Value or use U-Haul at this locatIon again.
DYLLON POn the App checkout I took a picture of the dashboard showing mileage and a full tank of gas when I dropped it off. I locked the Van and put the keys in the overnight slot, then proceeded to check out on the App, but I was unable to load the picture on my phone to the App showing what was requested. I should have checked out while being in the van and before locking and dropping the keys in the night slot. I will remember to do this next time. Overall clean but steering wheel was crusty. I'll use you again. Kris
KRISTOPHER DIssue is with the vehicle selection, I have a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk Diesel but there is no option?

JOHN WWe were NOT at all happy with using the Shared Truck or whatever the online check out / check in experience was called. I took MUCH longer to get done than just using a sales representative at the counter. Would NOT do that again for any future U-Haul uses. When I did go into the location to get the key, which again if I have to go talk to a representative at the counter anyway why use the online tool, he was helpful and quickly answered outstanding questions.

RANDY JPicked up box truck started hard but started. Got home parked in driveway and the starter igntion went out. Movers should up and ready to go but truck broke down in driveway. Uhaul sent lock smith out 2 hours later. Uhaul is not checking trucks before being sent to get rented out. Such a delay and put us 3 hrs behind messing with this .

MARY WWould be great if vehicles had air fresheners. Smelled a bit musty but staff was fantastic, and experience was great overall.
ANTHONY CInterior of the cab could've been cleaner. There were obvious signs of previous use when I picked it up (dust, crumbs, etc.) The guys helping me get setup were great!
GLEN HWas supposed to be all done online but we had to go in for keys and everyone was totally Unorganized. They Gave us the wrong truck. The app Said one truck number but they changed it. So Dollies and moving blankets weren't in the truck as promised. Lock for back truck door didn't work so we couldn't load up until next morning. Truck was given to us on an 1/8 of a tank of gas. Going forward we will not use a satellite location. We will go directly to U-Haul..
Robert SThe van was parked under a palm tree and birds soiled the front of the vehicle. The vans windshield was so full of bird poo I had to stop off at a local gas station to clean the windshield before my trip. Once I got home I noticed the passenger seat was full of dog hair most likely from the previous renter. I used my shop vac to vacuum the seat before my trip. I feel these are things that should have been completed before my rental, especially when I was asked to return the vehicle "clean" for the next customer.

Robert HMy rating is based on the booking service online.. I booked my location that was closer to me and when I went to pickup the location was different from when I actually booked (it was further for me). The AC doesn't work well and its too hot in AZ Summer to not work well. My rating has nothing to do with the actual store (Sun City True Value) but my rating is for Uhaul because they changed my location to a further pickup/drop off location from when I booked. There was a closer location to me that did have a 26' truck on the lot, not one but two! More miles = more money + gas!

Michael PTruck cab was filthy. Truck was delivered with a broken driver side mirror. The entire mirror frame was loose and wobble and had to be stabilized before driving.
