This is a very poorly managed pick up site. When we got there two trucks were being lived in and we basically had to kick them out of their vehicle. Another vehicle was completely of furniture including a couch. The individual running the site took no responsibility for cleaning or dealing with the trucks. He was completely overwhelmed by managing his responsibilities as a gas attendant and the uhaul. We had to wait for an hour and a half to only then have to clean out a protein shake that has spilled everywhere and drug residue. We honestly should get our money back - no one should have to deal with this while already managing a stressful move.Vincent Y.

The person couldn't find my reservation and then kept telling me there was a problem. When I called customer support, they made it seem like it wasn't a problem. I think the person didn't want to rent the truck to me because I was scheduled to return it to a different location. I was supposed to get my truck at 8:30 am, and I didn't receive it until after 10:30 in the morning. Ontop of that this location wasn't even the original one I got an email saying the location I picked didn't have the truck.Edward O.

During drop off the gentleman behind the counter was very rude & unprofessional. He gave me a hard time accepting the keys to the truck. I told him this was my drop off location. He insisted it was not & I had to drop it off elsewhere. I told him online it says here that I was to drop he again gave push back saying the system just updated & said I have to return to a different location. I told him no & He threatened to add charges to my reservation because he wanted me to drop my truck at a different location. I don't take kindly to unnecessary threats and that gentleman needs to be addressed for the unprofessionalism. When I left I made a call to customer service & they confirmed that I was to drop off at that location.Diamond U.

I think you need more U hauls, I was supposed to pick it up at 11am, the U haul was not there. They sent me to another location, the U haul was not there. They sent me to another location which refused to give me the U haul, until I had to beg them for my moving, even though I got a reservation at 11 am. I ended up getting the U haul at 1:30pm, I missed my job, and paid over 50$ of Ubers just going from place to place without being able to get the U haul. The service is so bad and the management is worse. Also, after finishing up they wanted to charge me for an extra day because I got it back at 5:30 instead of 3pm without understanding that it's because I didn't get it at 11am that's why I could t bring at 3pm. It was an awful experience I don't wish it for anybody. U haul it's a big company, the price is good it's very unfortunate that you don't put effort to improve the efficiency of your business and make a better service out of it. I would love to get a refund for my Uber drives that I had to take from location to a location without getting any u hauls .Jackson M.
Rude customer service, the truck was disgusting on the inside. Trash and water bottles from previous renters. It was smelly and dirty. The truck seemed like it was going to cut off, multiple service lights came on, very very poorly maintained. I will never go to this location again. The location was fine however, I booked the Uhaul weeks in advance to be picked up at another, much closer location. Uhaul texted me the day before to change the location to 30 minutes away and at a different time than I booked when I had already hired movers. The Vehicle had a terrible smell inside, there's was dirt all over the dashboard felt it wasn't cleaned in a while. The gas reading was on Empty. (18 miles to empty) This Uhaul location is primary a gas station they could have at least provided a quarter tank of gas. One of the side mirrors were missing for the 20 ft truck which proved to be a huge safety liability and they did not have a second vehicle to offer. I had to dispute the condition of the vehicle to prove the side mirror was missing. Driving the vehicle without the passenger side mirror on a truck should be deemed undrive-able and it was challenging driving with additional precautions, as I was driving blind on the right side. I returned the vehicle 2 hours before the due time and the manager told me to drop it off at another location. I should have requested paperwork for this change. I drove to the new suggested return location only to be send back . The other facility on Kings Highway, did not have approval to accept the suggested change after checking with 'traffic' on the change for the drop off location. After returning to the original facility I'm frustrated because this check out process took over an hour and had to request gas and miles credit for the inconvenience on my delayed check out. Please reassess this location ability to serve the uhaul customers based on your standard of operations. this location is performance is below average and needs reassessing.Keisha S.

Uhaul had several safety issues (blinker not working and mirrors tied loosey on such that it was flapping about as i drove). Otherwise the Uhaul had some loose trash in it I had to clean before starting my trip. Also i registered online but they asked for all the information again instead of using my reservation number to streamline the process, making it take 45 mins to check it out when it should have took five tops.Scott M.

AVOID AVOID AVOID! This location was HORRENDOUS. It took 30 minutes after my reservation started to get the truck. When I got the truck there was clothes in back (more on that later) and the carriage door wouldn't close. After swinging and jumping down on the rope to close the door it finally closed. I took the uhaul to my destination to load and as I backed into a parking spot the shifter blew! The truck was stuck in reverse and could not shift out! I had to apply the emergency brake and call for roadside assistance. After 90 minutes they finally arrived and fixed the shifter which confirmed broke off and the truck was able to shift again. The mechanic also noted that the truck had NO LICENSE PLATE. He needed it for his records so this truck was not compliant to drive on the streets! After we finished the parking job we opened the carriage area and we got a HORRIBLE smell. In the very back there was human FECES with the clothes that was left in the back. There was a cardboard box with a TURD and feces smeared in the cabin. I did not initially smell that because the truck's cabin door was already open and I was already late into the reservation so I had to be prompt.I had to call Uhaul AGAIN because I refused to drive this truck in the absolute terrible conditions it was handed off to me. They called assistance to tow the truck. I could not perform the move due to this mishaps. This in all took 5 hours to resolve. It was just problem after problem. This was honestly a huge disgusting experience. Uhaul customer service was great with handling the situation. Shout out to them. I do not blame Uhaul, just the location that truck came from. However Uhaul should indeed put stricter maintenance rules on these locations. This was an absolutely SHITTY experience.Jeremy C.

It's not about the location, i did the whole transaction through the Uhaul app. The only problem i had was trying for more than an hour to load the odometer and gasoline photos to no avail. In the end i messaged Uhaul customer service through the app and also by phone call, and they resolved the issue of not being able to finish my rental truck hand off. When I arrived, the clerk at the desk was dealing with a lot of people buying lotto so I had to wait about 30 mins. The clerk gave me a key and explained nothing to me and no paperwork. While driving the truck, it started to over heat and I had to pull over. When I popped the hood there was no antifreeze. I returned the truck and the clerk asked me what level was the gas when I was given the truck and how many miles I drove. This is unacceptable. All of this should have been noted when the keys were given to me. It's not my job to guess what level was the gas tank when I'm returning the truck and the clerk should know how many miles I droveEsilla C.

The attendant was terrible, he didn't know what he was doing. he skipped over me several times. I gave him all the information of my order, which was paid in full. after 45 minutes of waiting, he gave me the key to the truck & said its over there. i asked for a receipt & he said your good . the truck had 1/4 tank of gas. I returned the truck on 1/13/22 at around 3pm and gave the key to the 2 guys who were at the cashier. They told me that it's ok to leave the key with them because it is the manager who was not there at the moment who is in charge of receiving the vehicle online. Now to my surprise, I am charged an extra day! For what reason?! I called Sultan Petroleum and talked to a certain Abdul and asked for the manager but as per Abdul, the manager was not available. At pickup there wasn't a dolly and I wasn't able to take it off my order. There also wasn't any help or ability to on the worker's part since he was the only attendant there and he was dealing with gas customers plus selling lotto. During drop off I asked about the dolly and was told that it would have been removed by the manager one HE closes off my bill but the app gave me an adjusted total based on the ending mileage. Again, I spoke with the attendant Arbaz to help me close out my transaction without getting charged a second time. He told me to just leave it, his manager will take care of it. I was not comfortable doing so since I had uploaded the pictures of how I left the van. The following day I received a call from a U-Haul rep asking if I returned the vehicle last night. Shortly after that's when I received my receipt via email with the charge for the dolly still on there. A few things I'd suggest is that the system is updated for unavailable items to be removed by the attendant at pickup to avoid being billed for items not received. Secondly, the ability to upload before photos doesn't work very well, it stays â€œuploadingâ€ and never does plus anything you put in is lost if you â€œdismissâ€ the process.Eleonore E.

Please be sure who represents you. The location and representative is very disorganized, untidy and discombobulated. Representative was unable to locate the reservation,even though given the the reservation number and my name. I had to call customer services support for assistance. The phone representative was immediately able to locate reservation and instruct the pickup location representative on the key number for reservations. Even then the representative, seemed confused. He give me two keys, then started that, the first key is blocking, my reserved equipment, so I should remove the one blocking to get the correct truck. The reserved equipment was filled with animals hair on the passenger seat, juice spill on the floor, smelled like urine. The equipment was not clean for my appointment. After leaving the location, I then realized that my card was charged, more than the reserved price.
