Miriam RWhen I got there, the windows were covered in snow from 2 days prior. I spent the first 30 mins of my reservation cleaning snow from the window. The U-Haul smelt dirty inside. Parked in a poor location.

Karina AI rented the u-haul with a dolly and was told upon arrival they didn’t have any available. Then when I returned the u-haul the attendant didn’t check it in so I was told I never returned it. I’ve had to make several calls to figure out if it was finally checked-in as I didn’t get a receipt. And I still have a pending authorization on my credit card even though u-haul already charged me.

ROBERTO PDear U-Haul, I wanted to thank you, and all the people that represent U-haul. Everybody was so nice and it was a true nice. I was blessed that I had two U-Haul place is near me my 1st Play Park Avenue Cranston, did not have what I needed so with the help of Park Avenue and his manager, Derek. . Derek let me know that there was a place down the street for me to get my cargo van. My second place was Pontiac Avenue, they also were able to accommodate all my needs. I’ve will recommend these two places to my friends because they are so close. To my location. So I want to say thank you again to Park Ave., and Pontiac Avenue. Sorry I do not know their names. But they did an awesome awesome job. This was my first experience to rent a vehicle to move my stuff. Now I know what to do when I have to rent a vehicle. DOLORES JThe man behind the counter was an absolute (censored). I filled in all required information on line. I checked in on line to get a jump on the rental pickup as described on your site. Didn't work, guy asked me all the same questions again and yelled at me when I stated I had already done the check in on line. When I returned, got a gross lack of attention to my handing over the key.

Sean RThe gas station I rented my Uhaul at need to train their employees on this process. I was told when I dropped it off he had no idea how to confirm my return or ensure I was refunded the 15 dollars and that hus boss would do it tomorrow. I have no idea why there are any charges on my account. I traveled for about 4 miles at 99 cents a mile. My Uhaul rental was free when I ordered it after using a coupon. I was told I would get a 15 dollar credit for putting gas at 1/4 of a tank of gas before I left which I did. Then I went about 4 miles maybe total and now I have a 38 dollar charge on my card this morning. Please help me understand how that happened??

Michael TTire light was on the whole trip * I alerted the store clerk.
Michaela COil change light was on, rear passenger tire was drastically low on air, hadn't been cleaned (pieces of a sandwich? On the floor), shop owner forced me to put in less than a gallon of gas even though I only drove 10 miles and the guage still read 'full'. The man who checked me in was nice, though.

Stephen HThe driver side mirror was not able to stay in position and would move from the wind when the vehicle was in motion. This made it impossible to safely merge to the left and is a hazard for both the next driver as well as other people on the road. Also it should be made clear that customers cannot leave their car in this locations parking lot.

kristin mI arrived to pick up the vehicle I had requested a week prior to rent. When I arrive the app tells me I must go inside which defeats the purpose of doing a self pick up choice when you request the vehicle. I go inside the clerk takes over 20 minutes to even assign the vehicle only to ask me how many were out there and that he assigned a van and I immediately tell him I had asked for the truck. He had already completed the transaction and acted like it was all set and he would have to re do it again. He says vehicle are same price but that wasn’t the point I needed the truck for it’s sizing. He didn’t seem like he wanted to re do everything so I just took the van since I was now late to where I needed to be and he was very slow and seemed to be worried about who ever he had on the line in a phone call as he was wearing his head phones the whole time talking. To drop it off was also annoying same guy on the phone again doesn’t even know what Is going on and just sitting there actin as if I the customer is bother him.

Scott MThis was a very horrible experience. My van was not ready when I went to go pick it up. It was covered in snow and ice. I went to go drive it to my destination and it started to rain. I tried to turn on the windshield wipers and they would not work. I had to stop at a Dunkin Donuts to ask them for got water to melt the ice. They still did not work. I had to drive to my Aunt's house to borrow her ice sraper. After several minutes, I finally got the ice off and the wipers finally worked. Then, the transmission started to slip. When I stepped on the gas, the van would not move right away. This lasted my entire trip. When I went to return the van, I was told that I was being charged for TWO sessions because I brought the van back late. I had already called and asked to bring the van at a later time and I was told they would be no problem. This was a very aggravating experience and I could not wait to bring the van back. This was my very first experience with UHall, I am extremely unhappy and furthermore, I really am very unhappy with my final bill and the amount. I am looking for a full refund for everything that I had to deal with today. I honestly do not think that I am being unreasonable. Regards, Michael J Foss 401.696-7835
MICHAEL FI asked to leave my vehicle in the spot that I was taking the truck from and I was not allowed. I was disappointed in the response and had to find parking on the neighborhood which was difficult in light of the recent blizzard. There were used first aid items in the cup holder on the dash.
