CHRISTOPHER CI put 17 miles on 20ft truck. Filled up on return and it took 7.5 gallons of fuel. 2 miles to the gallon is unacceptable. I don't believe the truck was full when I picked it up even though the gauge said full.

JAMES HWe got there about noonish, to find out they were closed the day we were to return the truck and the car trailer, so we didn't have any encounter with anyone. We used the drop box for the rental contract and the key, a day early no less- yahoo!
JAMES JJust a drop-off. Nothing to brag about. Personal was helpful, but is actually a lady's item/clothe store.

HARDIK PProbably my best experience with renting a Uhaul and I've done this many, many times. I was in and out in 2 minutes and the after hours key drop was convenient. It would be nice if they opened up earlier in the day than 0900.

David MAbsolutely recommend! If you're in Havasu, this is THE place to go for U-Haul. Truck was clean and well maintained. The owner is great to work with. He knows what he's talking about and you can tell that he cares.
ANALUCRESIA RThe trailer I received had low pressure in all the tires was mostly rusted and did not have the tail gate secured, when I opened the gate it hit my foot. The vender tried to discourage me from taking pictures of the trailer.

CHRISTOPHER CShould post the $1.19 a mile plus $19.95 a day so people who don't have much money aren't stuck with no other option than to use the U-Haul at the last minute. That and having to walk all the way behind the store to the front parking lot when dropping off the U-Haul. Otherwise it was fine.

DEBRA LWe were checked in immediately for returning the truck. Does need better directions because this place is behind a shopping center.
Sherrie OSorry to be negative, but the truck was quite dirty. It was clear that a chocolate shake had been dropped and splattered all over the passenger side of the truck. There was less than a quarter tank of gas, which was very inconvenient to have to stop and get gas when they movers and everybody at the house waiting for us. The location is pretty busy and the people there are super nice very helpful. Just don't think there's time to really clean equipment.

STEVEN GFriendly and helpful. The equipment area was behind the store and was spacious - plenty of room to hook up the trailer. This was an independent dealer, not a company store.
