This was the best storage experience I’ve ever had! I called & talked to Vic & he got me an air conditioned unit that was very well kept through out my whole stay & at a great price! I recently found a place so I no longer needed the unit anymore, but if in the future I ever need more storage I will be coming back! Highly recommended! And if Vic is there, you are most definitely in good hands!

The only drawback with this rental was the after hours pickup. It was not an easy process to do an online pickup. I think the process needs to be simplified and streamlined. There were a lot of processes that could have been completed prior to pickup. Uhaul did not communicate this enough.

I was over charged for a truck and trailer rental. This location charged me in 2 separate transactions for the trailer and truck when if rented together on the same transaction it cheaper. I was over charged by about 30$

This location was great. However I had a lot of trouble with the reservation and had to go to two locations to pick up the trailer and had to escalate to traffic to keep from driving over two hours to get the trailer close to me. No communication from u-haul on the location change.

My experience with the truck rental and the storage unit was the best I've ever had. Vick, the manager, was very helpful and accommodating. The storage unit was new and very clean and easy to get to. And it's very convenient to have the Uhaul truck on the premises ready to rent!

We used the facility for several years, never had a problem never had a moisture issue or a payment issue. It was easy to access it anytime of day or night. I would definitely recommend this to friends and family

Interior of trailer had some sort of sticky, smelly substance near the front. Had to keep furniture away from the area. Also, store wasn't manned when I came in to return the trailer, even though it was during operating hours.

We had our belongings in large climate controlled storage unit for over 2 1/2 years after our out of state move till we were able to finally find a house. We checked on our things off and on and everything at this facility was always wonderful. Always well maintained and office people were always polite and answered all our questions. We were very impressed up to the day we left. If we ever need to store things again we will certainly use them again. Secure and very clean.

I rented a small box truck and the key was a pain. You couldn't put the key all the way in the ignition or it wouldn't turn. It's was annoying trying to play with the key to get it to work properly.

This location was great, however we only ended up here due to a mess up with another location. We reserved a 20" truck for 2 days. When we got there we were told that the truck was only available for 1 day, despite us telling them we needed it for two. Because of this we had to cancel our reservation and find another Uhaul location only to find out we could only get a 17" foot truck for the two days. This resulted in multiple additional trips, plus mileage adding time and money. Extremely unpleased with the overall experience.

Small uhaul has tricky key ignition. It will probably get worse and leave someone stuck eventually trying to turn key to turn it on. Recommend replacing key turn assembly or repair pin issue

Ill never go anywhere else to rent a uhaul I will send everyone that ever needs a truck to go see him of course in range. Need to send him a ton more trucks. As an older gentleman he knew how to process everything so quickly and someone just bought the truck back 5 mins before I got there he closed out that sale and then started up my process, he never skipped a beat while I waited his personality made it a very pleasurable experience. Have no clue how the Uhaul company works, I do know for sure you need trucks where there going to make money, this would be a good location to add maybe at least 2 maybe 3 more.

The storage facility has gated security and cameras. They do not have labeled parking spots for trailers which can make drop off confusing since spots are assigned.
