It was too hard to find out where we were to pick up our truck. We did get an email but it was the day before. We were getting anxious before that and had to just start calling people to find out and no one knew.

Great service, very helpful. The truck was a 26' box truck, in new condition, ran great, and good power. Returning was almost effortless. Great experience.

What a disaster of a business model UHaul has. I had to drive 30 miles, one way, out of my way to pick the trailer up, I was informed of the inconvenience less than 24 hours of my pick up time, and that delayed my move by nearly 2 hours. Terrible customer experience! I'd rather buy my own trailer than to go through that non-sense again. Advise- Figure out how to price in a way to get the equipment to the location the customer chooses if you're interested in your brand staying competitive. Otherwise, the guy I picked the trailer up from was professional and courteous. It's a shame he has to be on the receiving end of annoyed customers who are provided a sub-standard service by UHaul.
