GARY SI reserved the truck at a different location. When I went to pick up the truck there were no blankets or dollies. Strictly Neon got me the blankets and dollies I needed. He went to his home and got me his personal dollies. This man is great if it wasn’t for him I would have not been able to move and would have to cancel the truck and still pay my movers

Larry DThis uhaul dealer helped save us from disaster. We reserved a van 3.5 weeks before we needed it at a location in Hartwell, Ga. The day before we were to pick it up, the dealer called and told me it was not available. We reserved a van because we needed to haul flowers from a florist to a church, 40 minutes away for our son's wedding, and we needed the air conditioning that a van provides. So instead of driving 1.7 miles to pickup the van, we had to drive 33 miles one way and spend 40 minutes one way to pickup the van. It cost us $49.45 in additional mileage charge plus 2hr 40min lost of our valuable time, that needed to be spent on the wedding. What a disaster!!!

Dianne HMy experience was worse this time than the several times I've used U-Haul before. The changing of locations, although super inconvenient, I can somewhat understand. The thing that really irritated me, was during the process of returning the truck through the app, was the fact that although I return the truck with more fuel in it then I picked it up with, they were wanting to charge me a fueling fee. That is obviously unacceptable, and a breach of professionalism on the part of U-Haul. I understand that the automated service is what it is, but to think that I would be charged more for putting more fuel in the truck is unacceptable at best. I really like using U-Haul, as I have done many times in the past, I hope that this was a one-time fluke, and not what I can expect in the future. I'm not trying to be ugly I am giving criticism where it is due.
