The 99 cent a mile is way too high. Spent more money on mileage than the rental. It should be rental with a package mileage.

Could have had everything ready for pickup. This wasn’t my first location and the didn’t open until 10:00. Seems late to me

The keys were not located in the correct location for express pickup at 8am, the contact did not answer their phone that the app prompted me to call when the key could not be located, and then I was told to simply wait until the store opened 2 hours later. I requested a location that opened at 8am but I was changed to a 10am opening location. I was then charged twice for one transaction. The person who communicated through the app was not helpful at all and made it hard to maneuver through the process. The "Express" pick up took over an hour to end with a result of no vehicle to pick up. The business did not apologize for not leaving the key in the appropriate location and offered no assistance when the double charges were brought up. This was an awful experience.
