the upper shelf of the 15 ft truck was dirty and the roof leaked and soaked some cartons. We had ordered a dolly, providing lots of time, but when we came to pick up the truck we were advised that there we no dollys available. It would have been helpful to know that ahead of time so that arrangements could have been made to obtain a dolly - to avoid the backstrain that ensued.

Was told to pick up the truck at another location but there was no key in the lock box. Sounds like the pick up location was changed but we were not notified

I did not enjoy my rental experience. It took over an hour to secure a short term truck rental. Computer system was given as the reason for the problems. I had no issues with the truck that I rented. When returning the vehicle today, it took too long to process the return. I do not fault the employee completely. The outlet also has a gas bar and other services that can not be fully managed at the same time. To discuss this further, I can be reached at (226)92-4501.

Employee just learning system.......so there was a delay while she made sure she had everything right......the place itself is "not quite well maintained".....and very busy with gas sales!!

I received notice of an alternate pickup location and time 2 days before our reservation. While this felt inconvenient at the time (and definitely could have been if we had had a firm moving time), in the end, we were able to hustle and make it work. Hopefully, such last minute notice of adjustments to confirmed reservations is not common.

The woman who helped me was doing her absolute best under rather extreme circumstances, as this place is clearly understaffed/ lacking in training on the Uhaul system. She was required to take all gas customers before the two Uhaul customers so my 10 minute return took about 45 minutes, especially since this gas station is quite busy and has no pay at the pump. The vehicle I rented had a candle, a beer can and an empty bottle of bug spray in the front seat which tells me it had not been recently cleaned. My sympathies to the woman trying to please 20 people, sell gas, sell cigarettes, lotto tickets and also rent and return vehicles. Not what I was expecting from Uhaul.

It is difficult to reach staff by phone to ask questions but they were very friendly and helpful when I went in to ask questions. Also the rates were very reasonable. No hidden fees. I would use this location again.

It was an inconvenience to the people that I showed up to pick up a trailer. I had zero assistance with the trailer and could not lift onto hitch myself. Fortunately a nice young gentlemen getting gas helped me out.

The person that checked me in was very nice. However she had not been trained on the system. I had to wait half an hour. Another employee showed up to finish it. No one helped me with the trailer (loading etc). No where did it say the size of ball/hitch. It did damage to the back of my truck as it popped off. I had to fill one of the tires with air ( only had 15lbs of pressure). I have rented U haul before from Whiteys in Mitchell and they do a great. I feel the Co should be aware of this and change the experience. Thanks

I had arranged for a 26 foot truck 1 week before pick-up. I received confirmation that the truck was at the location I requested. Day of pick-up I received a 15 foot truck, that is all they had. This is unexpectanble. Very in happy with Uhaul
