This was by far the worst experience that I've had checking out a truck. It took me over an hour to get the stupid app to work and the lady at the desk couldn't figure out how to do it without the app. Turning in the truck was also a pain in the butt as the app again would not work and there was nobody Manning that facility. I reserved my truck over the phone with a UHaul rep, and when I showed up to pick up the truck, the lady at the location was not ready for me at all. She acted like she didn't even know I was coming, then told me I had to pay a deposit (which I didn't), she couldn't figure out what auto transport to give me, how to get the key to the truck, or how to take my money. Not all of this was her fault, but I was there for well over an hour simply trying to pick up the equipment I had already RESERVED. The transaction should have been way more smooth.Shawn S.
My reservation was for 1410 East 7th Street Joplin Missouri not the above-listed! When I arrived was told the truck is not here and the keys are missing and they reported it stolen! Directed me to the above-listed location and they knew nothing about the screw up! The lady at that location was nice however the truck drove very rough!!!Darren C.
