CORINA D | Overall ExperienceThere is NOTHING THEY CAN IMPROVE.They are the BEST UHAUL place I have ever rented a u-haul from. POLITE, ACCOMIDATING, They had exactly what I needed!!! I couldn't believe it... It wasnt too small nor too big. I measured to him inside of what I needed to haul, n just by remembering what I remember 15yrs ago when I had put the things at my friends house that I needed to get out due to him passing away...n everything fit perfect all the way to the back of the trailer n didn't even have to put anything in my pickup in the icky cold snowy winter weather. Kenneth RThe location was clean and they opened up for me at 8:00. The staff was very helpful. had tried to get my truck at the location where my goods were stored, which would have been much better for me. My biggest complaint was the condition of the truck. I have rented U-haul trucks before, but this one rode really rough. If I had not been on such a tight schedule, I would have returned it and requested another one. It bounced all over the road, empty and full. The plastic wheels on my roll around microwave cart broke into small pieces. This truck was supposed to be a "comfort ride". I don't know what the procedure is for checking out trucks when they are returned, but this one should have been sent for new shocks.

Kelly A | Overall ExperienceThe location was fine. The issues I had were with U-haul as a company. Such as not having the truck at the place I was planning and only calling the day before to inform me. Making no monetary accommodations for the extra cost due to having to round trip a truck. When I showed up to pick up the truck I waited on hold for over 20 mins to talk to someone to help me checkout my truck. Worst experience I've ever had. Will no longer be using U-haul when I move.

Valerie STell the people there not to feed a line of bullshit when it comes to the air pressure for the tires. When a customer asks for the air pressure in the tires to be increased to the rated pressure listed on the tire, tell them to do it.
