The actual location of where rentals are pick up , Inside the building was very clean and spacious. The staff was very kind and did her best to accommodate me. Inside the van itself was filthy. Dog hair was all over the driver and passenger seat. I had to use plastic covering on seats just to feel comfortable driving the van. We had to sweep the van before placing anything inside of it. Also, I felt I should've had a staff assisting me with checking out the van , taking picture on roof, outside, inside etc., of van. I was offered another van and was told by staff that one was even more dirty than the one I had. Provide part time staff to help those businesses keep their good names. I did not receive my receipt on Sunday, February 2 in email. I was told it was sent. Please send receipt. Gracias

Angela RTruck had 150k miles. Loud when accelerating sounds lake an exhaust leak. Smell of gas and exhaust in the cab area. Truck has very little pickup when pulling into traffic.

MALVERNA SThe local uhaul reps were great. Uhaul failed to have the truck at the location that we agreed on. When asked, uhaul refused to remedy the situation by bringing the truck to my location, and refused to compensate me for the extra miles that i had to drive, and refused to compensate me for my time. Uhaul expects customers to pay for their failures. For this reason, i wiĺ try to avoid using uhaul again, and will launch a small local campaign to discourage others also.

SHANNON MIf a customer has selected a particular location, do not change the location with a few hours notice without at least attempting to give the customer a courtesy call, even if it's an attempt to accommodate equipment. The changed location would have tripled the driving time if rush hour traffic was reasonable and more than doubled the distance. *This is not feedback for the selected location!!*

EUNICE GWe were given a truck with a roof that was leaking. We used it during Hurricane Helene. All of our stuff got wet and my books and electronical equipment got DESTROYED. When we returned it, I noted in the app that for thisbreason I did NOT consent for them to charge me. I would've expected an email tondiscuss what happened, instead I got an email saying "thanks for your payment, hope to see you again soon". Unacceptable. We have thousands in damages.

MAURICE HThis is feedback to the rental truck TT2012K. The truck was disgusting. The windshield was covered in dry dead bugs and dry bird poop. The odor in the cabin was barely tolerable. I truly felt disgusted driving the truck. It rained on the way to my location and the windshield wipes need to be replaced immediately. Thankfully, it was light rain or I would have pulled over. If I wasn't on a tight deadline, I would have gone with a different company.

YONIKA TThe svc I rcvd on Friday left much to be desired. The location of my org rqst was altered, which is to be expected. The timeframe I rqstd to hv the equipment was also adjstd from 6 to 4 hrs. Whn I clld the location to advise that I was 20 mins away, the rep stated that I still needed to have the truck back by 2p because there was another person scheduled for 3p. I asked why my time requested was changed from 6 hrs to 4 hrs and she rudely stated that she doesn't know I'd need to talk to scheduling. When I attempted to ask another question she kept cutting me off & told me what I was saying wasn't making since to her & to call scheduling. I abruptly ended the call with her & spoke w/ scheduling where the time was updated to 6hrs. When I arrived she immediately apologized for being rude & proceeded to check me out. At that point, I was livid & opted to stay quiet considering I'd driven from Nashville TN to Tallahassee only to be met w/ foolishness for the 3rd time. Uhaul has to do better.

Athena DMy comments are directed to the operations of U-Haul. I made a reservation 7/8, I received a phone call the day before the pick up at Smokeys in Tallahassee and was told that I had to go to CJ's (which was a disgusting place). When I arrived they didn't have my truck and said that the person who rented it hasn't brought it back and wasn't answering her phone. CJ's called the operations person and they said I needed to drive 1 1/2 hours to Georgia to pick up a rental. I said that was completely unacceptable and they should drive it to me as this was not any fault of mine. I asked if there are any available the next morning and obviously there was. The issue was I had movers coming at 8, which I was able to move them back, and I was driving to Charleston that day. I will never use U-Haul again and as a portfolio manager of $500mm in assets I will never buy U-Haul stock. This was the first time I ever used U-Haul and it will be the last. The operations/logistic staff are awful and need better training. The lack if care for my situation was incredibly frustrating. I also went on a live chat asking for a credit as the person at CJ's said I was entitled to one but the person on the chat said I didn't have a guaranteed reservation and wasn't. Again, the lack of caring and understanding was a joke. The only thing that made it a positive experience was the lady at StorQuest, other than that there is no way on this planet that I will ever rent a U-Haul truck.
Steven SThis location is great and convenient, however they don't take trailers and the auto transport that I brought from Tampa to do a favor for UHual they made me take it a half an hour across town wasting more than an hour of my time after I got back home.
TED EWater was poor into the uhual. We were moving stuff for our business and several things now need to be replaced because the uhual roof was damaged. When I called the store they said to call road side but honestly what was that going to help when the truck was loaded. Road side was not going to help unload and reload. We lost three computers, a very expensive impact drill, and a printer. It's really upsetting. The day before we got a truck and it was nice and clean. This second experience was awful. The lady was nice but doesn't change that now we have to replace $1800 worth of stuff and now uhual is saying we didn't place enough fuel in when we put in $40.
Summer RI pissed because I was charged extra and I put more gas in the truck than it started with so if you can refund mr some money back then I will recommend y'all and use you again. I was charged $68.05+$11.48+ $1.21 and I put more gas than was in the truck to begin with so can. You please refund some of my money.

VALARIE JStaff stayed a little late to make sure we knew where we were going and were very nice when we called several times that day due to traffic. Drop off was super easy. The storage units were super clean and the a/c was cold. This facility is fantastic.

Robyn TDrop off was easy. Thankfully the app actually worked that day and things went like they were supposed to. And the worker even came out to clean another truck and offered to go ahead and take the key from me. I liked this experience. Wish the rest of the experience would have been this easy.

Reshanda DMake more 10 foot trucks available for longer rentals. InTallahassee FL, there are not enough 10 Foot trucks, so all agencies have a 24 hour rental limit. This sucks as the 15 foot is bigger than the average person needs or can drive comfortably. I understand limiting the 10 foot to in-town rentals, but I should be able to rent one for 5 days if I need to. I can't! No enough 10 foot trucks and too many 15 and 25 foots. Don't care how much it costs, I want a smaller truck.
K WThe rental process was awful, we rented months in advance and just a day ahead the location and equipment was moved around on us almost three times. Once it was moved to a location an hour away. We were told from uhaul that no 15' trucks were available but yet at every location we had to go to in Tallahassee there were multiple trucks and we were told those are "in town" trucks which makes no sense. This location didn't have all the equipment we requested so we had to stop at a different location to get the rest of the supplies. The entire process was a mess.
