This transaction was a piece of cake from reserving online to pick up and drop off. Everyone was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient.

The first worker who greeted us snarled at us saying we were a half hour early. When I corrected her and she checked the records she stomped off to get another worker, never apologizing for snapping. The other worker was also rude, never pointed out which truck was ours and explained nothing of u-hauls expectations. We were made to feel as if we were in their debt, not that we were a customer who deserved at least a modicum of respect. When the truck was returned and the difference on the gas guage was barely noticeable (we have pictures), we were then charged $68 for them having to pump gas and fill it. This location was unprofessional, rude, unkempt and didn't seem to know what the phrase customer service means. I will not only not return to this location but I will warn others away from it.

This location was almost impossible to find...even with gps. Clerk was not helpful at all giving driving directions. When I arrived the clerk hardly acknowledged my return. This was a poor site to locate a U-haul operation.

Do not deal with storm lake grocery. Tire is falling off and it was dirty.

40 minutes late getting us uhaul. Rented for 6 hours but computer net rented to others. We better not be charged late fee

Not sure... But the location of the trailer was way out of my way which took up extra rental time.

The car carrier was blocked by another vehicle and the vegicle owner wasn't there. I had to wedge my truck to be able to pull the carrier out.

This rental experience has been the worst ever, I have rented U-Haul equipment for MANY years and this is the first time I could not talk directly with a rep from my local location, instead I was passed along to the Customer Service line where they processed the reservation and said that someone will call and tell me which location my rental was at. HORRIBLE !!! Not to have the equipment nearby was bad enough but to call and transferred and then wait for a callback made this frustrating. Having been in the customer service industry for over 30 years I predict that U-Haul could be suffering and may go the way of Sears and Kmart.
