I was on a tight time schedule & had to wait 1 1/2 hours to get the truck even though I had a reservation. I almost had to cancel the people that were on their way to my house to load the truck for me. All because the uhaul website was not working!! The sales person made a few phone calls to try & help, but nothing worked. uhaul company needs to keep their website functioning & do their updates off hours so customers are not effected!

Im not writing this reveiw about a pick up location. I have used uhaul every time I move without issue, until now. The new 24/7 truck share mobile app was not functioning properly. I arrived at my original pick up location 7617 Ellis Road W Melbourne and was unable to access my truck because of the mobile app. When I called customer service the rep informed me my account was not accessible because corporate had not yet verified it and I would have to wait indefinitely in the hot parking lot for verification or go to a new pick up location. He also informed me the issue stemmed from an error on their end where someone did not properly enter the truck identification number into the system. I drove five miles to the next location and picked up a truck without issue. Upon delivery I had to park on the street because the drop off location had no parking lot. These were relatively minor inconveniences however upon receiving an additional fuel charge in the amount of $70 dollars I have lost all patience with this company. I received the truck with quote "less than half a tank" and I returned the truck with roughly 6/16th of a tank from what I can tell. I can not measure the exact amount by simply eyeing a small fuel gauge. I wish I would have had the foresight to photograph the gauge for evidence. Over 70 dollars for what is potentiality a 1 or 2/16ths of a tank difference is absolutley unacceptable and I have no intention of utilizing UHaul services henceforth.

Everything was done to perfection. I returned the trailer the night before it was due and called in the am to inform the front desk that the trailer was their. I received the final bill online and it was exactly what the estimate was. I will recommend Store Smart in the future. Thank You

The drop off location don’t give the chance to check the truck on the drop off as suggest me to go home. After that , I receive 3 over charges fee not agreed

The staff was amazing, excellent service and super curtious. They made a stressful situation 100 times better. They not only answered all my questions and concerns, but they made me feel like family. They really were a great help. I could not ask for a smoother process with the transactions, and I honestly left with a whole new take on how I would handle my next move. I am a forever a customer with these guys, and if you need a Uhaul or storage this is the place to go.

This is a small facility, co-located with a storage site. Again, the agent (Brandon) was exceptionally helpful, the process went smoothly and the booking closed. I have had the occasion to use UHaul twice in the last six months and have been positively impressed both times. The equipment is excellent, the on-line process makes things much easier, the people have been most professional and it gives me a good option when moving stuff around.

Due to logistical issues on my end, I never checked in to the facility, so I can't really comment on the facility itself, but the reservation process was easy and had no problems.
