Waited up till 1 am no key no call. Called again 8 am and again every hour till 130pm to get second key we were late moving out of the house. Really frustrating and disappointing

Bruce MMy rental was fantastic. The attendant was very helpful hooking up of the utility trailer to my truck. Even when the there was some difficulty connecting to my trailer ball, the staff was very patient and determined to make my experience ads easy as possible. This is my second uhaul experience at this location and both were great. I will definitely rent from this facility again in the future.
MARKPAUL SMotorcycle trailer was full of firewood bark under the snow. Had to clean it out to use. The blinkers wiring was backwards. Cars left made trailer blink right and vise a versa . I found out when I got pulled over for it. The employee was very nice and helpful. I showed up with a 1 and 7/8 in ball and a spare 2-in ball but I had forgot my tools. she was able to find a big wrench to swap it out . This was very helpful because my house / tools were an hour away for the store. Overall it was a good rental and recommend this location. The employee was going to inform the mechanic of the wiring. Thank you

Sheila TTerrible service. Took over three hours because he was also running a gas station store at the same location. He literally hooked someone else up with there truck reservation and finished when we showed up an hour earlier than the other couple. Not to mention he tried giving us a tow dolly with a broken safety line and torn straps for the wheels.

burton FI believe that the people who work at this location went above and beyond to make my U-Haul experience outstanding. They were absolutely fantastic. I would recommend them to anyone who is using the service from the North Spokane through Newport Area.
Richard ACouldn’t drop off the key when I returned late at night. I had to come back the next day, but they mentioned problems in past of dropping keys off so I was fine with the service received.
Alice NThe staff was helpful. They helped me get the lights working and spend extra time helping me no. However the trailer itself I was in rough shape. Interior trim rubber was loose and falling on the floor but the main problem was the rolling door on the back of the trailer would jam whenever it rolled up. Spent over 30 minutes trying to get it loose so it would close. Just got a bad rental I care for you with the equipment. The staff that's great and help him.

ROBERT BAnother great service that Uhaul provided for their customers. This drop off location is 50 miles from the nearest large city which was very convenient for us!!

Clarence HAfter having entered the original store I made the reservation at came in a second time to have my car looked at to make sure it wouldn't have any issues was then never informed that I would be at a different location pickup site when I went to pick up my truck it was an hour away which affected all of my moving plans through me into a total replan mode not good U-Haul

Clifford HI got a 12 foot enclosed trailer. Went to Spokane and realized the trailer needed to be an open top flatbed. Went to UHaul on north Division at the Y.

ALISTER MDon't have your computer's down. Dispatch called early in reservation time to inform me i couldn't rent truck without going out of my way a hour no concern about added cost. Truck had left front wheel throwing light amount of oil .the folks at store and more went above to take care of me

RONALD BThe trailer had a non operable license plate light . and while on our trip across the country Wahington state to Texas the trailer had a flat tire which not only delayed us but caused us to have to get a motel room. Either that or be left out in the snow however help arrived to change the tie and changed both tires with new tires. But that did not keep us from having to spend extra money on a motel room half into our trip
