Worst customer experience of my life! There are NO U-Haul employees here and you must use the very customer unfriendly U-Haul phone app to get the code to open the lock box for the key to the truck. I wasted 90 minutes of my day trying to download the app, turn on location services and getting the key. VERY disappointed and frustrating experience!

Tyler DNothing to do with the location. The U-Haul app was not working as it should, took an hour to get the truck dispatched.
Steven HEverything was good but had a problem when dropping truck off. Said we didn't return in time and got lost several times because of wrong directions. Was late getting there and getting a storage unit. Customer service was excellent. But people should know about the uhaul drop off cause we were looking for uhaul not storeease. It can be confusing to some and like us if you aren't from around here..you're going in circles. I would def refer this place to others though

Jacob CNo signs going over drop off process. Was not aware that no one would be physically available, no way to speak with someone regarding uhaul concerns when calling number listed on contract for drop off
Ashley CIt was closed at 4:30 pm with no one to assist. Dropping the key in the lock box does not guarantee they will check it in

Heather SDrop key box should be located outside and clearly marked. There was a little non staffed office that said open so I left keys in a desk top compartment. I called the drop point this morning but they stated that I needed to call U-Haul they didn’t care where I put the keys. So I did speak to U-Haul representative and she said all was good on my side and not to worry. She showed truck returned to proper location and she received pictures.
