Staff were friendly and courteous. We just needed to rent a dolly for our move, process was very straightforward.
Lorena MThe unit was filthy. The steering wheel was sticky and the rest of the interior was dirty. That said, the main complaint was the greasy black stuff on the deck of the cargo area. We noticed it right about the time we dragged a mattress out! I pointed all this out to your agent and their response was oh, ok. Add on top of all of that the Byzantine journey experienced on your website when booking in the first place….. It would be very hard for me to convince myself you have any interest whatsoever in offering a good customer experience. You guys asked a thousand questions all of which were designed to protect UHaul while providing absolute no protection, service, care or concern for your customers.

Sahil kVehicle Gear box has issues and No shift accordingly, Had a hard time driving. Its unfortunate , with the time restriction, cant complaint or issues can be rectified. It took me a while to understand the issue, since, It was too loud. Teh passenger side window wasn;t sealed. Customer service was great and Reciept breakdowns was great and will definetely recommend to my friends.

Braden IApp required for after hour return was non responsive during photo upload. No indication of starting fuel level, so I took a photo of mileage upon leaving U-Haul location and when the vehicle was returned. I have photos of vehicle condition and location.
