BRUCE HWe held our stuff there for many years and only once during horrible storms and flooding did any water get in and do mild damage to a box at the front of the unit. That was completely understandable otherwise after years of storage all my stuff was in perfect condition.

James SI would have had a better experience if the jey was where I was told the first time. But it was not in the box I was told. I waited for almost an hour after contacting the customer service line, and when I was called back by (according to my caller ID) Mr Stull the regional/district field manager. With his help, over the phone,we eventually located the key. So I lost an hour or actually an hour and a half by this point, and was not too thrilled, and Mr Stull was not trying to compensate me in any way, just said "I will have to let him know that he put it in the wrong box." At this point I'm just happy to have gotten the rental, albeit an hour and a half laterthan expected,I could finish my project at hand.

lucy OOne taillight on the trailer was defective. Roadside assistance was excellent, came without any delay, but could not fix the light. Brakes and turn signals worked so drove it as is. When picked up, the tire pressure was low in both tires.

Michael MThe inside of the truck had a lot of dog hair in the seats and floorboard. Also, the cup holders were a little messy from spilled drinks. Other than that, the truck and trailer were great.
ANDREW AMarker lights need to be placed on the front of the dolly so the tires can be seen by the driver at night on an unlit road.

Teri JWe reserved a larger sized trailer and found out at the last minute there wasn’t one available, so we had to get a smaller one. You would think for the inconvenience, a credit of some kind would have been offered. I understand the smaller one is less expensive, but for the inconvenience it caused, a credit would have been a nice gesture.
