Ordered a dolly online to rent and did not get one. Also, the systems were down once we got back to return the vehicle, so I bet that screwed over a bunch of people.

I was a customer at this facility for a few years. I appreciate the way that the gate always worked, I never had to worry about not accessing my unit. In addition, I have a large truck and I appreciate the way that the premise was always clean, making it easy to maneuver throughout the facility. The staff was friendly when I began renting the unit and when I moved out on a Sunday, they already had my final paperwork sent to me before I could even contact them on Monday - so convenient!

The Truck I rented was in an accident you can tell. The driver door did not close proper and had a gap on the top. When I drove on the freeway 50 miles per hour the truck start swinging left and right it was hard to control the truck. This is dangerous. Someone can get hurt. This truck has to be taken out of the fleet before someone gets serious injured. It is not always about money. It should be also about safety.

Very dark and hard to get to. I fell in an hole and on metal due to it being so dark. Had to go to the emergency room.

The pickup location is difficult to navigate with vehicles. There is little to no parking for your personal vehicle if you plan on parking at the location while you use the truck. Parking the U-Haul after hours is difficult as well. The site is very site and turning around the trucks is not possible. During working hours they have very involved staff that is more than willing to help if you need it and contact them.

My first attempt with lock it didn’t have the keys. I would recommend to get that right the first time. However customer service was helpful and was able to leave with a vehicle unfortunately it took longer than 1hr.

These types of locations should be required/empowered to have blankets/dollies etc in storage. It shouldn't be dependent on arrivals. Whatever is reserved should be available during business hours of that location. Duh. You guys new? You need to have the ingredients on hand to make the sandwich you claim to offer.

I dropped the truck off after hours. I had no issues with finding a place to park the truck and the instructions posted outside the door were very clear. I was able to locate the key drop with no issue.

These bros know uhaul trucks almost as good as me. I got them in the Obscure trivia. Dare I say I look forward to renting from this place. Even the parking lot I look at as a unique challenge to overcome. They have not let me down one single time. I always know I will get what I need. Thank you both for just having great customer service.

The GPS location was off, and the parking wasn't great. I did a no-contact drop off, and only interacted with customer service (over the phone). The customer service was super helpful and cleared up my paperwork issues so that I could actually complete my drop off. The app wasn't working, but I was able to use the website.

I did not receive the extra items I ordered for the move. 10 blankets, plastic wrap…Order number C292552F $18.21 charged. Truck was empty, no supplies included.

Additional equipment that was ordered was not inside vehicle. Check in process with Truck Share 24/7 was also extremely slow, taking over 1 hour on the phone to successfully pick up vehicle.

The bros that work here are the best. They got the truck we need. They got the blankets we need. And they offer all the good conversation. That parking lot is no joke. We love going to this location. Can’t same the same for some of the Austin stores.

ATTENTION: This location was excellent, however, this same day I had a previous U-Haul reservation for a different location; that experience was HORRIBLE. I had reserved a U-Haul truck at round rock Texas, I received a phone call immediately threatened by the employee that he was going to cancel my U-Haul because I was “late”. this was the most rude customer service I have ever received. The gentlemen that was rude was the same one who canceled the reservation on Thursday, June 22. I’ve use UHaul severs times but I never expected to be treated like a criminal instead of a valued customer. I will be expecting a follow up. Feel free to call for more explanation

The truck we rented the guy was running late. They let us use a 15 in stead. They were very professional and helpful. Will definitely be using this location affinity !

Overhang could have been extended on both ends to better prevent rain accumulation. Power and water would have been a great plus as most of the stored items are boats, cars and RVs. Staff was friendly and helpful and pricing was good.

I turned down all the coverage when I booked the uhaul, and when I got there I was asked zero questions besides my id and form of payment. And when I saw the bill, bam $10 coverage charge

The system used wasn’t working properly when I picked up the U-Haul. It took about 15-20 minutes before I was able to get the key. The gentlemen working were great very kind. When I picked up then U-Haul, the starting mileage was wrong by almost 300 miles. I was charged for that when I only went 20-30 miles, and I am still waiting on a response to get refunded.

This place always delivers. The dudes behind the counter have good conversation while getting the job done. That truck took a whole house to San Antonio. Guess what it rode well, as always. Back to the dudes behind the counter. They brought the blankets out with precision. The blankets wrapped furniture with… Precision. What a pair.

The truck I used ran smoothly, the location is just in a tight spot so it's hard to maneuver, maybe some expansion would be nice if possible

The reservation process is terrible and confusing. I received a confirmation with one address but was actually at another address. The only reason I was able to find the correct address is because I clicked on the order number. We wasted 30 minutes driving to the wrong location and trying to find the correct one to pick-up the UHaul. Very Frustrating. However, I will say the rep at StorageMax was pleasant and very helpful.

We had a horrible experience with Load Share. 3hr delay in getting the setup complete put us off track for our travel itinerary. Manager made us wait for an inordinate amount of time. Rep on the phone made things right, though.

We stored our RV in Storagemax Self Storage for several months and I never once felt there would be any problem with the security of the location. Highly recommended!

This is not the locations fault however U-Haul corporate needs to get its act together. No one in this region that is easily accessible to me has furniture dollies for rent. They all complain they can't get them. They say they don't have them. They say I can buy one. That's ridiculous. And that sucks.

I moved from out of state and this was my first stop back in December/January. The gentleman at the front was extremely nice and the price for indoor climate control is fair. For the last 3 months i kept this unit even being a 40 minute drive across town because the price was unbeatable and customer service was great!

By far, this facility is ran by the most professional & friendly staff, and the facility is top notch, so easy to get in & out, well paved roadway, nice covers, and well worth the rental.
