The original location was Atlantic Ave. Raleigh NC. This location was about an hour away because the site said the original site had a truck, but the U-Haul person that called me the night before said it didn't, and that there was nothing closer. I was forced to drive and hour to the facility then an hour back. Additionally, the truck didn't have a hand truck, which I had ordered. Luckily I was not charged for the hand truck, but I needed it.

troy D.They were doing the business and had no idea how to operate the equipment or to inspect the equipment to find out if there's anything wrong. I had to do it on my cell phone and I had to inspect the equipment because they didn't know what to look for.
