truck was dirty on inside. no clarity on the pre inspection app. the app was sent after I started driving away. app has a 30 minute time limit. confusing I was only allowed to download 1 picture because the previous photos were still there.The truck smelled cigarettes.James J.

I was very frustrated with the on line pick up. I arrived at 7:00 am to pick up the truck but uhaulâ€s on line check in was down so I had to wait for an employee to arrive on site to check in. This was not the fault of the store but your online service. I probably won't use early pick up again.steve C.

The employee did not know how to attach the Trailer, luckily we did. She did not tell us that on our return date they would be closing earlier than the posted time and that we would have to check in online. We rushed to return the trailer by closing time at 2 and only found out we had to return online from another customer that was turning in an item.TOMMY S.

I returned the truck with more fuel than when I picked it up. They still dinged me for a fuel charge of 5 gallons ($25)!! Where in the hell did you purchase the fuel? California? This place is not honest. I returned the truck at 11:00 AM. The recorded 3:28 PM!! My wife has a photograph of the truck turning into the parking lot at 10:57 AM. They said they lost track because they had a very busy day... besides that they rented us an appliance dolly that was garbage. The stair roller belt bearings were siezed and when we returned it, the tech said it was a very bad one that should not have gone out!! These guys are dishonest hacks, unorganized, rent poorly maintained vehicles (the a/c didn't run cool) and rip you off for bogus fuel charges! BEWARE!!Eric S.

the online check in process is confusing. I tried at the rental location but couldnt read the screen, too small. so went home to try and then it says you have to be at the location so that GPS can verify your return. NOT user friendly!JAMES M.
Arizona is in constant transition. People constantly moving around. It would be helpful to have business hours, everyday. Maybe shortened business hours for BOTH, Saturday & Sunday.REGINALD G.

I can't find any reason for them to improve. Damien was incredibly helpful and quick to get me what I needed on the day and time I needed it. Everything went smoothly and no surprises other than how friendly and courteous both him and the gentleman that did my return were. I was offered water and assistance with checking in online when I was having trouble navigating the website from my phone. I will definitely be going back to see these guys next time I need moving equipment. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy they made it and how nice and helpful they both were. I will be referring everyone I know to this u-haul location in the future. Keep up the great work and please consider a raise for both of these men. I am so happy.DALLAS H.

Tire pressure in front right tire was 27 pounds to high. Consider the fact the reason we rented the truck was because our motor home had a blow out of the right front tire and it was totaled. We rented the truck to get our belongings out of the motor home This was very concerning.Greg B.

Credit card charged 141.90. Actual charge on my receipt was 107.60. Called and talked with Amanda at 1pm. She confirmed the amount due was 107.60 and couldn't explain why my card was charged 141.90. Damion was suppose to call me and never did. Filed complaint with my bank to contest debit amount. This matter needs to be corrected. Another issue, I scheduled my rental on line, Damion said the picture of my driver's license was missing. I know the pictures was added when I made rental. He took pictures of my driver's license to upload in computer. When asked if he took a picture using his phone. He said no. How else can the picture be uploaded. I'm concerned about that even more now that I have been over charged. I've rented 3 trucks in the past month and never had issues when Jessica was there. It's my understanding she is no longer with the company. I want this issue taken care of as soon as possible! Will call the office tomorrow.RONNIE S.

This place is a little different than many U-Haul storage facilities. You can only come in when open 6 days a week but for my vehicle storage needs was perfect. But the best asset was Jessye the manager. Extremely helpful and what a great sense of humor and personality. She is worth the experience all by herself.
