greg tThe location was absolutely fabulous- the woman and man behind the counter did everything they could to help me. My reservation was at 9am, but I wasn’t able to leave until 1030am. U-Haul should inform their customers that the check in process takes an extremely long time when using the app because it doesn’t load and erases your progress every time you have to refresh the page. I tried to use the app on 3 different phones with no success. After attempting to contact customer service I was put on hold for over 20 minutes, and still never got my call answered. When I returned the uhaul, my app said I was good to go and return the keys- but U-Haul contacted me the next day asking if I returned the vehicle because the check out wasn’t finished…… location is GREAT app is TRASH!!!

Milan KTruck was full of dirt and rocks. Parking lot was dark and hard to see anything. Truck had a half of tank at pick up and I got charged for dropping it off without a full tank.
Savanah HCustomer representative refused to take trailer, failed to identify herself as an employee, yelled at me, threatened me, threatened to call the police, very rude and made me very uncomfortable. Never will rent anything from there.

Harry WCould not use the equipment. Was in no condition to haul a vehicle. Had no replacement car dolly. Cost us hours and a hotel room to find another location. Employees not knowledgeable or helpful. Stay away!!
