MARK HAmazing customer service! Helped me upgrade my truck - showed me how to use the features of the truck. Squeegeed my mirrors as they were fogged up. Just all around great service!
Danielle GVery nice girl at the desk the actual store was very neat, clean and orderly. The only request I would have is better signage as to where to go to pick up as there are also storage lockers on site right next to the pick up door.
James MUsing self pick up through the app the keys for the wrong uhall were in the key box. The pick up location did not answer my phone call and I was directed to leave a message. I called Uhall customer support and after waiting 15 minutes to talk to an agent they hung up on me, tried calling back and was back in a waiting queue. The location manager got ahold of me and came out to get the right keys and I was finally able to leave with the Uhall after an hour. 2 hours after I finally got a call back from Uhall customer support but the estimated wait time was only suppose to be 30 minutes. The app did not let me submit photos of my initial pick up so I believe the mileage in\out are not accurate but can provide time stamped photos of correct reading of requested. Overall no a good experience and will try to avoid using that location from now on

We wasted an hour and had to unload in the hottest time of day because uhaul couldn’t move the trailer to the Ellis location for me to pick up at. I worked for uhaul. We made sure the equipment was where the customer needed it or we gave them a discount. I got screwed.

JARRETT KThe only thing that we thought could improve is when we dropped off they just had us leave it. It wasn't until 4 hours later that the truck was checked in. Luckily we were still in the 2 day period. We just found that a little odd.

The person I spoke to couldn’t hear me, so I called again. This time, the lady on the phone answered with, “What do you want?” When I was having trouble with the pickup, I called , but the lady who answered wasn’t helpful.

Kim MU-Haul corporate management needs to improve on truck, blanket pads, utility cart availability. We reserved a 26' truck but got a 20' truck. U-Haul corporate logistic management informed me late in the day before pickup was supposed to happen that we were not getting a 26 ' truck. But, if we wanted to drive to another far away location we could go pick one up, way inconvenient! The people running this location were great to work with, NO FAULT OF THEIRS THE CORRECT EQUIPMENT WAS NOT AVAILABLE! U-HAUL CORPORATE LOGISTIC FLEET MANAGEMENT IS POORLY RUN!
