We already recommended this location to our nephew and to my sister both moving in March. So nice to have such an invested manager. We mistook him for the owner with his personal and extra service

ROBERT BThe employee was late. I was there at 8:45am knowing that they opened at 9:00am. He showed up at 9:05am to open the door. I believe his name was Ryan. He rented me a 20ft truck for 2 days for $359.00 and it charged my card automatically within 2 minutes. And also overcharged me. I was not too happy about that at all. That was a huge concern. My main concern was the filth of the inside of the Uhaul. The steering wheel was sticky, the floor was sticky. The seats were sticky, and there was paper chip bags, coffee cups, and plastic straws everywhere. It also smelled like alcohol or like someone spilled beer in there. Absolutely disgusting experience. I also only had a half-tank of gas in the truck. To my knowledge, there is suppose to be a full-tank of gas in the truck upon renting it. I brought this to Ryan's attention who was the employee there. He told me to just take a picture of it. When I returned the truck I accidentally filled filled up all the way to a full-tank. I brought this to Ryan's attention and he told me that he couldn't do anything about it and that I shouldn't have screwed myself over. I cannot believe the experience I had here. Not good by any means. I would really like someone from Uhaul corporate to reach out. Someone needs to make this right. I feel like I've been scammed and I would like a refund. David BThe different contact numbers for U Haul on the websites have caused confusion on reservations. For example Space Solutions call center said they had reserved a UHaul truck and it wasn't in the UHaul system. Then online at myuhaul I changed the reservation to 48 hours from 8 hours and the Space Solutions contact was not aware of that.
DIANE EEveryone at Storage Solutions was friendly and helpful. It was great being able to rent a truck so close to my new home. Not only did I save money on gas and miles, but after a long day of moving, it only took 10 minutes to return the truck!

LORI SThe gas tank was suppose be full when I picked the truck up and an 1/8 of a tank was gone by the time I got to the highway, I brought it up to the lady when I brought back, after I really filled it up 6 gallons for 30 miles and all I got from her is an oh well attitude! Not happy will NEVER rent from there again!!!!!!

David COur pick up location on the Cheney Spokane Rd was the best I've ever experienced. Very friendly and helpful person at the checkout desk. The building was so nice and clean as well. Our truck was ready and all was fast and efficient. I would highly recommend this pick up location.

CHARLES KVan was not what I reserved, larger than I needed , dirty and lacked creature comforts I would expect for a long haul rental, like cruise control and comfortable seats, modern stereo with mp3 aux support. It did run well but was a gas hog, mileage was similar to my personal pick up which has significany more power. Nikolay BPerhaps keep the U-haul trucks locked up. Apparently some guys siphoned off some gas in the tank the night before we rented a truck so the tank was empty when we started. Fortunately Amber at this location was very helpful and understanding. Also, it would be nice if there were more trucks at this location. We needed a small truck and they only had one large one and a tow trailer.

Uhaul experiences for me in the past at actual Uhaul stores is kind of usually in a dirty unkept store and really not my favorite place to shop.
