We encountered a couple of bumps but the guy was extremely helpful and we worked it out. Beware that this location is small and only has one size truck and no appliance dollies.

EMISAEL SI selected a location not even 3 miles from my home address. I was notified a 2 days before my rental, that I booked a week in advance, there was no availability at my selected location and that I would need to pickup the uhaul 21 miles from my desired pickup location. Already, that is absurd. This was in Houston TX. I passed easily 5 uhauls between my desired location pickup and the pickup I was sent to. Not only did you send me 21 miles furhter than where I selected, but you CHARGED me $11 for going over the mileage????????????? That is insane.

Wayne BThe place I rented from said the computer would not pull up the right miles of the address and she over rode the system so it would not charge me over the maximum miles . I told this to the person there and she said she would take care of it. It should refund the $23 from the extra miles because a portion of themiles was from driving to each of the locations to pick up and return the rental unit.
Paul eWe were given a truck with a bad tire, inside back passenger side that we had to stop 15 minutes into our long drive to North Carolina. As it only took about 30-45 minutes to fix we had gone into the Walmart to get snacks for the drive, we came out about 20 minutes later and waited another 40 minutes to find out that it had been fixed 40 minutes ago, no note was left by the U-Haul road service Filed agent , no phone call or text to let us know it had been done. So an even later start then we were hoping to have. WE were not happy at all.

Timothy LI've rented from Byron and Michelle twice in a short period of time and they have always been very happy to help me with what I needed. The equipment ran well,clean and ready for pickup at the time we agreed. Great Job to Tower Oaks facility.
Steve MThere was not a Dolly & I specifically requested & paid for one. This made our entire move extremely harder. Therefore seeing me back to return the truck am hour later than supposed to. I want a full refund. Uhaul made major inconveniences for me by not having my order prepared correctly

Paul PDoors were making noises when opening and closing (I'm a mechanic) and can tell you that they are in much need of lubricant. The door in the back was very hard to close. I had to put all my weight to close it (225) pounds
