TERRY WAbsolutely incredible people here, I never though the staff at a storage facility could leave such an impact but they really went above and beyond to be helpful and accommodating and god knows I needed it. Idk if you'll see this but thank you to John and everyone at Storage Solutions of Hays for helping me out of a jam and for being so incredibly awesome when I needed support from many states away!
Aaron R | Overall ExperienceI accidentally added more fuel than I was required to. You need to provide a full tank of fuel at pick up. You then charged me a late fee. I put at least $30 worth of fuel in your rental truck

PETE MJohn is a "bend-over-backwards" kind of service provider. He is very considerate and conscientious of customers and what he is providing for them. It was cold outside and he was right there until I pulled out of the lot. I have other business with him but this guy is "top-notch". Thanks so much for your help, John!!!!!
