Drop off of a used tow dolly was seamless. Very painless process. Overall a good experience!

Very convenient
Roxanne MDont use the app, I had to pay for a 3rd leg to my move because I was told the truck was not available at the location I selected in the app. I still should have been able to drop it where i needed to rent from. And there were 2 vehicles same size at the location I originally chose in Watseka, Il. Poor. I will never use Uhaul again.
