Location was CLOSED during posted OPEN store hours. Had to call Uhaul Corp to get service.

ALICIA WWhen I got the vehicle it had no gas in it!!!!!! I put almost $100 bucks in it to fill it up For starters!!!!! Not a good look!!!! I am looking to get reimbursed ASAP!!!! I used this company‘s truck before, but this was the worst experience I had!!!!

JO FIf a customer picks a location for a pickup/dropping off a truck due to their location needs, the truck should be available at that location of choice. I was a little unhappy due to my new location pick up and drop off for a truck that I had to pay extra mileage. I budget according to my needs and that extra charge for mileage due to moving my location pick up and drop off was fair to me. Uhaul can improve on only charging customers extra for moving a truck to another location when the customer choose a preferred location.
DEONNA FThe fact that I have to do the check in process once I get there is fine it’s just a warning would have been nice because arriving late just expecting to pick up a key then having to wait to be approved was a bit frustrating! And maybe doing a warning at drop off *dont drop key until check out process is complete* that’ll be helpful because I dropped the key and pulled off and u guys were still asking for pictures which isn’t a problem it just was unexpected then inconvenient

Tiffany Jwhen I got there the 15 foot that I requested was not available which means I had to take the 10 foot, Which means I have to do way more trips . They gave me a truck with no AC! And my bill was very expensive👎🏾
