I reserved and had confirmed a rental for Truck Share to allow an early pick-up. The location failed to set that up the night before. After spending 1:45 trying to get assistance from U-Haul support, I was obliged to wait for the location to open. I lost two hours of work time, had to pay the laborers two hours of wages for doing nothing. That set the entire move behind with cascading effects throughout the day. This is a total failure on U-haul. local and corporate.DERK P.

Just ensure the trucks are a little cleaner, though it wasn't too bad. Also, ensure more recent pictures are taken off the truck (for the mobile checkout). The pics I had to verify seemed a bit older when the truck was newer.Christen J.

I would never recommend that location. We had to change our reservatuon due to issues out of our control. Jeremy, whi was running that location was rude to my wife. He complained at her was snide disrespectful and very unprofessional. The only reason we took the truck was because we had to move and had no other choice.Barry M.

Tell them they need to download the app. As I was going through things on the phone there was a picture of the back of the truck with a lock attached. But on the truck there was not a lock like the picture said. Then it said that the key would be inside the back of the truck. I lifted the door a little, but I could not see a key. I finally found the box with the key next to the office building front door. I was there for a good 45 minutes or more, just trying to pick up the moving van. While people were waiting at my place ready to help move. Saturday, the day before, I was going through the process so that I knew what I to do the next day because I knew nobody would be there at the office to help. The lady on the phone said that when I was at the location everything would pull up on my phone and guide me through. It would have been nice for her to tell me that I would need to download the app. Also, I had ordered a dolly and 6 blankets. They were not in the truck, so I need to be credited for those. The experience was NOT good.Annette C.
I'm really disappointed that no health and safety precautions were being followed. No masks were being worn, and the truck was visibly dirty (even mud and footprints on the seat) so definitely no cleaning or sanitizing. These might not seem important to you, but I've worked with covid a lot and it's so disappointing when people don't care. Utah's covid numbers are high, and our hospitals our overflowing (yes, really). Please do your part to help. The mobile pickup was super slow and confusing but I felt uncomfortable going inside for help with no one wearing masks. Also the truck driver door didn't close all the way. Just not in good condition. I'm glad I didn't need to go far.Amy N.

Overall, we had to drive a long distance to pick up the truck for our home in rural Utah and drive a long distance with our moving needs. I wish Uhaul had a location in the little town we were moving from, but overall Uhaul had wonderful customer service with helping with the extra miles, later return, and change of pick up location. The trip ended up working out very well and could have been a lot more chaotic without the great customer service. GraciasDale C.
There was quite a bit of miscommunication between Uhaul, the Location, and us. We made a reservation through the Uhaul website for 8:30 AM, no one was at the location until a little after 9:30. I was told by the location manager that we would be able to change the drop-off location of our truck (we had to move further than anticipated originally). We then tried to do that when we finally were able to talk to someone at the location, but found that the only truck in the size we requested was a "rotational truck" and HAD to be returned to that location. Other than that, it was a pleasant experience. The person we worked with was very nice and tried to make up for our trouble. The truck was clean, fueled, and well maintained.Shannon N.

These folks were super helpful. It was not helpful, however, to arrive at another location at 8:00 per the reservation which explicitly stated that we would have 24/7 access to the truck, and then arrive only for the reservation to have changed to in-person that couldn't take place until 9:00 o'clock because the hosting company didn't open until then. So we had to scramble to this location and were 45 minutes behind on our moving schedule. Also, was billed for more miles over than were actually used. I took a picture of the odometer on the van before driving, which read 1758.3.Ethan E.

Amanda was great to work with! She made sure I had the rental for the full time period, and was not charged any additional- plus she was very upbeat positive and friendly. If unnessary to have an account or uhaul app, it would be helpful to NOT have the notice indicating otherwise on the drop box- That was a little frustrating as it lead me to believe it was required in order turn in the truck when no one was available to receive it...Steve J.

I always use uhaul and I gotta say, this location was gave me the best experience. It was the first time I've used the Lindon/Geneva location and I'd go here from now on. Amanda assisted me and I had issues with my account, where I had to call the main customer service line, which was also a relief! I was in a hurry and Susan, over the phone, was patient and very understanding. I'm so happy I went to this location because both Susan and Amanda were very patient and clear with instructions. The truck was rented right at closing. I was told to return the truck with a full tank. When I got half way to the house I noticed the tank was half full. I took a picture and returned the truck with a half tank. This location needs to pay attention to the gas in the trucks they rent.Suvi S.

Make sure the customer has all the information and details when scheduling a pickup. I had never rented before, and I was unaware that the only truck available was not available for a one-way trip. Maybe send the confirmation email in a text and an email. That way, it gets to the customer one way or another.Nate H.
