Booked online. Booked an appliance dolly & a furniture dolly. Location had neither. By booking online I thought I was saving time. My husband was in the office for 30 minutes. Ended up with no dolly's & a truck with no gas. Not just low on fuel, NO GAS!! The gage said 9 miles until empty. I rented a truck in September from another location, online. There were zero issues. I had that truck picked up with all the equipment I needed in 10 minutes. Yall have a problem @ storage Max. Never again!!Bruce G.

Document the milage correctly and mark it in front of customer at turn in and express mileage at truck turn in. I was charged for over sixty miles yet my route one trip full circle was tracked at 49. Unfortunately I did not take pictures to document the milage but I won't make that mistake again. I would not recommend this location.Jenifer H.

The staff were very busy when we picked our truck up, but they were extremely patient with every customer. We decided, at the last minute, to rent a dolly, but they did not have enough of the ones we wanted. The one they had was fine, but they gave us extra felt covers to help. Reservation was not in system. Delayed trip by over an HR. This is 2 times in a row this has happened. Josh was very helpful in trying to remedy the situation..Vickie M.
The truck was not swept and cleaned out. There were no travel blankets. And charged me for 104 miles when we drove less than 30. I was told to come back Monday to get the issue looked at.David H.

The man was rude. Said he would check truck in and e-mail receipt when completed but he did not. Had to drive back next day to ensure it was checked in. It was not but the man did it right away and brought receipt to my car. He was apologetic about my experience. He was nicer than first man. I do think I should've gotten some sort of refund for returning truck a day early. I would've been charged for an extra day if late so why not reward customer a bit for returning a day early.ANTHONY D.

Equipment worked well but previous user apparently hauled wet concrete that coated the corners. This made some of the tie down points unusable as they were essentially concreted in place. Overall great experience though!Paul R.

I called for a rental literally at the last minute and I was treated so very professionally anyway! The gentleman that helped was about to tell me he didn't have any availability (which he didn't) when another customer pulled in the parking lot to return a truck. I was offered that truck right there on the spot and you can't believe how that professionalism impacted a family in dire need. They were homeless and were just able to get into a rent house but had zero furniture. Nothing to sleep on except the hard floor. This truck helped me help them. I took the truck to a furniture store to get mattresses, then to Palestine and picked a used bedroom suite, then went to Hallsville and picked up another used bedroom suit, and took all of it to their rent house in Longview, got them set up and they were able to sleep in real beds for the first time since Covid-19 hit and they were tossed out of their living situation right after being laid off. Thank you for giving my sister and her family a comfortable night's rest for the first time in 4 long months! They are so so grateful, and it all hinged on your guy's professionalism! ¡Gracias!AMANDA H.

Maintain the trucks and clean them, the truck I was rented was dirty and falling apart and the back of the truck Loading bay smelled like spilled gas and oil, not to mention it was dirty, the driver side mirror kept moving down so you only saw the concrete on the road (so while your driving the truck you have to hold the mirror so that you could see the other traffic to switch lanes/ talk about a safety hazard) the truck was soo rusted that it didn't function properly on the most important parts of the truck for a moving customer, the sliding door and latch and the ramp were a complete joke you couldn't hardly close them or use in the way it was made because of the rust, the cab of the truck was a hot mess the cup holder area was falling off and the floor by the pedals burned your feet because there was a hole so all the heat from the engine was put right on your feet the battery light kept coming on for whatever reason, the seats were torn the pleather was coming off, drinks from the last person to rent we're still spilled on the floor and stuck to the bottom of your shoes, and they thought this truck was perfectly fine to rent to me, very poor customer service and product quality and they charge you to the hilt for equipment that should be retired, And when you tell the clerk at this location about the quality of the truck when you return it they do nothing about it and still charge you full price without an apology or some kind of discount on the price, which I think should be a priority because these things are safety hazards!! Especially since I thought uhaul was great up until this point and why would they give me a truck that was in that poor of condition, i understand used condition but this went well beyond that and I feel as though I have wasted money because my belongings now smell like gas and oil and where is my compensation for that?KAYLA S.
I noticed a very low tire when I got the trailer home. I had to turn around and take the trailer back to the dealer. Air was added to the tire but I found a large flat shinny nail in the tire at my first stop for gas.DAVID S.
