James BrownleeI made my reservation to pick up at 1pm. I called at 11 and received a voicemail and left a message to confirm they really had the truck. They never returned the call. I arrived at the location at 12:50 and the place was locked up with a sign on the door that they closed at 1 but it was ten minutes til 1. The employees car was still parked outside so I banged on the door to no answer. I left and called customer Care and they told me the person changed the pickup to mobile pick up, which I did not choose because of a bad experience at the same location a few years ago! She told me how to do it and it worked this time . On the return. Arrive at 1pm and they’re closed again so I left the key in the lockbox and did not trust they wouldn’t try to charge me more so I had to move my money off of my card. I did get the receipt through email and it was normal. U-Haul is great but not this location anymore. The lady that was there a couple of years ago was awesome.
Catherine RidgwayThe drop off procedure was ridiculous. I picked up my truck at 10am and had a drop off location on the contract. Come to find out, that location was incorrect and the trailer I picked up didn't have a drop off location on it. After dropping the trailer at 1 location before the 24 hour mark, which should have given me a small refund. I received multiple frantic calls from another location begging me to return my truck. All while I was trying to move things in and can't talk, I'm being told I needed to return my truck as soon as possible for someone else. This whole experience has been extremely frustrating for me and I don't think I ever want to rent another uhaul at this point because of this. The communication and planning was absolutely terrible and I just don't want to deal with it again.

Samuel Quinonesit’s really expensive to rent. that’s my only con. advertising 19.96 then all these surcharges. the mileage etc. it’s unfortunately more like click bait k owing there’s no other options around. for literally 2 hours costing 80 bucks for less than 60 miles driven. just isn’t ideal. but appreciate the service and employees. very helpful
Andrew ChamleeGreat experience. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and customer focused. I rented a cargo van, which was in good shape. My only negative comment is that the inside of the windshield needed to be cleaned. However, it did not interfere with visibility.

EARL SpurlockThough I called the day prior to verify I understood physical store hours, I arrived to learn that I had missed store service hours and had to do a remote/self check-in, which took a solid 20+ minutes to do due to glitches on the U-Haul site.. Additionally, the furniture blankets requested with the reservation were not available/in the truck and the truck cabin smelled of cigarette smoke.

Susanne SpindlerCould not pick up on time because keys were not left in lockbox, costing me time with the movers. Truck was rented but contracts showed a different truck. Could not return truck due to error on truck number and mileage. Was charged for excess mileage that was not accurate. Area manager was able to provide discount on rental but after much chaos. Location employees or management were incompetent.
Martin McginnesNo one there to accept the rental return so I had to spend 30+ minutes doing the return myself on a cell phone with little service. Called Uhaul to complain and was hung up on. My complaints are simply due to no personnel during my return as I never got to see the facility inside.
