ATHANASE HI was charged for material I was not provided, there was no one in office at the location to provide me with the material and the manager from that location referred me to the main Uhaul customer service number for assistance with that.

DAISJION DThe person working at the storage facility was asleep when we walked in and seemed like he was under the influence of something while he was helping get our rental. It then took 35-40 min for us to get the keys to the truck because the man was having troubles using the system and pulling up my reservation. I was worried he was going to over charge and almost walked out and just went to a different location. U-Haul has never been an issue for me, I love your services! Unfortunately this location is just one I won't be using again.
sarah hIt was a storage facility and it was after hours so not recommended to drop off after hours. App was used at this point and that didn't work at all

ERIC AThe engine light was on & the truck was about to overheat. We had to drive with the heater on to keep it from overheating. There was trash on the seats & on the floor that was not from us.

Erika QThe driver door was broken to were it wouldn’t fully shut it’s stood a little cracked open you can feel all the wind from door, the uhaul was dirty old water bottles and someone’s food in back , didn’t have gas I had to go put gas , check engine light was on , the break lights didn’t work unacceptable

Jose OI was given the truck with 22miles to Empty I pumped $25 and took it back with 1/4 of tank I was told I was gonna get a credit for that. Also used 25miles only out of the 40miles and still got charges 90.88$ plus 10.14$ for gods know what!!!

MICHAEL MVehicle did not feel safe to drive. Vehicle jerked a lot and was a low to accelerate. Side driver review mirror continued to drop multiple times during my driving. My first time driving a U-Haul was not the best experience to have.

Crystal MGuy at location told me it would be 19.95 a day and I was charged 29.95. He was new so not sure if he knew prices well. I asked for a 10ft he said I should get a 15ft and said it was the same price

Randi SThere's not a lot of parking spaces so it was a little difficult to park the truck in between two other trucks but overall it was a great experience. It was fast and easy. I appreciate the employee who helped me. Returning the keys after the store was closed was easy. I really appreciated that part.

MICHAEL DA smooth experience, minus the drop-off. I didn't have my phone with me, so I had to drive home and then back to do the digital drop-off. I guess I'm not with the times. I look forward to not having a phone when driving or working, such as loading/unloading a vehicle.

Joel aThe back cargo shutter was jammed and it was very difficult to open and close, may some mechanical problem.
Eric RStaff the facility. Looked for closest drop-off site via web search. First choice showed closed. This Encanto site said it was open. It was not. Left keys through the door, not knowing if I would be charged for a drop-off unsanctioned. Thankfully it worked out okay, no additional bill. Seems like U-Haul has gone down hill with COVID-19, having last used a vehicle in March 2020. That gives me pause for future engagements, if any.
