Everything was great
James PThe windshield wipers were damaged. Especially on the passenger side where it was missing section of it. The engine ran rough and hesitated when you accelerated. The tires may have been over filled because it was rough riding and the entire body sounded like it was going to shake apart.

Mike JStarted with less than a quarter tank of gas and didnt get the appliance dolly I requested. Had to drop $200 to buy my own because we were in a time crunch to get this stuff moved. And now I'm in the middle of a dispute with UHaul because this location claims they gave me more gas to start than was actually in there. Terrible experience.

francis dI had my location pick up changed 3 times since I made the reservation. My first pickup was close to home, my final pickup was almost hour away. When you make reservation it should take remain at your first pickup, that was unacceptable.
carl nNo gas in truck. A little way out of uhaul the light came on saying "50 miles to empty". I shouldn't have had to worry about that right off the bat!

LORI SBed of pick up truck was covered in some sort of oily substance making it difficult to move furniture and personal items. Attendant made great efforts to resolve situation for us.

Bruce SThis was a split reservation because of equipment availability both rental sites in Sumter SC did the exact same thing about the coverage The Tow bar in Sumter was not fit for service and had to be switched to Manning SC The woman there did ask n offer travel coverage but declined She did her job correctly the other 2 did not and cost me money I(or tried to) did not plan to spend

CATHY BThe truck pulled right hard, shook like crazy. Needed a new right front tire. The steering wheel wasn’t straight. The light in the box didn’t work. And the right side mirror wouldn’t stay adjusted. It was a tough trip from Florida to Connecticut. I have rented from u haul before and trucks have been in great driving condition

Ana SUpon arrival to my original return location at the self storage of 13701 Indian Paint Lane, I was informed he would not accept my equipment for drop off. He stated he had “no way to move it around” and that I would have to go elsewhere. I then attempted to go to Fort Myers Self Storage where I was also turned away due to “lack of space”. Finally Storage King USA took mercy and accepted my return after I explained the hassle I had dealt with.

Laurie AOrdered a dolly but it was not in the u-haul. My pickup was outside normal hours. I called for a dolly as we had appliances to move and most u-hauls were not open at the time and the one we got the u-haul from would not be open for 2 hours. Unable to accommodate when they messed up. I no longer had cars that could go any pick up a dolly from the place they had one available which was 40 minutes away from me. They would not bring the dolly to me. I also said I could pick up the dolly with the u-haul but they should reimburse me for the gas as just this trip itself would take a quarter tank and they refused. Horrible customer service, especially for when it was their mistake in the first place.
